Ordered ahead and they didn’t even give me the packet to shake my fries went to get the grinch meal the soda had no syrup the fries were cooked in old oil and the girl at the drive up was just like whatever. Definitely never going back to this location.

Went with My family, was a total of 12 of us so a big order, our cashier who was called Salvador who took out order did an amazing job with a big order he repeated it and got our order correct he deserves a raise, praise, and recognition. However when I’d assume whom would be the manager a white man that’s balding he slammed our food trays on the table for whatever reason, and after we received our food we noticed we were missing a large fry, he gave us the fry but was very adamant and insistent that we already have it. Not sure what was his issue with us as he did not interact with us prior to bringing the food. Restaurant is clean and food was out in good time just disappointed the bald white manager gave us attitude and took it out on us.

I went to the restaurant on 01/03/26 for a mobile pick up (curbside) and we arrived late so we understood why a order would be cancelled but it was cancelled after 20 minutes not after the 2 hour mark McDonalds has on their policy post.
We told the employee of the issues we had faced and they declined to give us any further assistance besides “you’ll get a refund in two days” it’s now the 5th, we contacted McDonald’s corporate and still haven’t gotten a refund.
This store sucks! We had to reorder and the food was cold and soggy anyways.

While eating in the dining room a lady that’s employed here was sitting table to table holding 15 minute conversations at a time. It was very annoying and distracting especially cause I needed help with a spill but she was busy gossiping all morning.

Very bad food was given to me fries where very salty chicken nuggets where hard n not even hot Big Mac was warm n not fully cooked smelled iffy mic chicken was hard as well the manager was rude didn’t want to give me full fresh food because there was only 8 nuggets an not full 10 of them he had no name badge but his name supposedly was “ Darien”

Sign out front displays pickup past 11pm if you call a number and they wait by the door at a store front kiosk window but the employees that work there will *only* give you your order if its through Door Dash or Uber Eats. *Not* through the Mc Delivery app. They will adamantly refuse to give you your order and leave you outside wondering whats happening. This location is drive through *only* after around 10pm realistically because the staff refuse to serve outside patrons entirely. Honestly just remove the sign out front advertising the service if its not going to be upheld.

Y’all. This McDonald’s has the best customer service. Employees in the morning crew are the nicest around. They really deserve 10/10 stars. Today a young man I’ve never seen before prepared my coffee. You know when you look at your coffee if it’s prepared correctly, (sip) I knew it! My coffee today is on point! Thanks!

Chelsea was super sweet and kind. Her customer service was out the roof considering that a customer in front of me threw a temper tantrum. I’m a daily customer at this location I love seeing highly motivated workers like Chelsea. My order was well prepared presentation was good.
