We’ve been coming here for a few years now and the food is always fresh and delicious but this last time was the last straw. The service has always been sub par with only 2 waiters in the entire restaurant Servicing indoor and outdoor diners. We were a party of 6 and I recommend this restaurant since our 4 friends were from out of town. We got seated right away but the waiter never came over for at least a half hour or more. We even opened our own wine and we had 5 bottles! This was a first ever!! We finally had to ask the helper who didn’t speak much English to call him over. He never apologized and made a comment that he saw us opening our wine and didn’t even offer to help. Then our food did not come out for over an hour and a half! Again he never apologized or communicated with us about our meals. We all were very frustrated especially since 2 of our friends lived over 45 minutes away. The food is good but the staff needs more class

We had a great meal! It was an awesome night, we got to sit outside. The atmosphere was great, the service was great and the food was awesome. We met friends for dinner, they did not rush anyone. Byo so bring your favorite drinks!

Brought my parents from out of town out to dinner with my fiancé and I, from the beginning the service was subpar. Waited a long time for our apps and then an hour for our main dishes. Two were decent while my fiancé and I got bland over salted food. My fiancé waited an extra 15 minutes for her salad and when it finally came out after everything else, they had forgotten her shrimp which took another 5 minutes to come. Service throughout it all was minimum and seemed to be done by an angry wait staff. We Do not recommend or see ourselves going back again.

Let me save you the trouble of reading this entire review by cutting to the chase. This restaurant is simply awful. I ordered take out from here about a month ago and my guest and I barely ate anything we brought home. The amatriciana pasta was a disaster and the rest of the order was equally horrible. Take out can be hit-or-miss though, so tonight I decided to try dining there in person.

Never a bad meal here! I’ve been many times now and have brought different family, friends and have reccomended others to go…the consensus is the same…5 stars, Top notch, new favorite place! Warm, cozy and inviting. Can’t wait for Spring when the enormous back patio is open for dining! Go see Rocco and feel like you are in Italy! It’s Italian Done Right!
