Just celebrated a birthday dinner and had excellent food and a great atmosphere. I also had a birthday in here 30 years ago, and the food has remained absolutely excellent, as the service has remained top-notch. It’s hard to find a restaurant that can continue a wonderful tradition of imaginative cuisine, excellent quality, and a comfortable atmosphere.

Great authentic Italian restaurant in Sheboygan. A real taste of Italy by lake Michigan. This and Il Ritrovo are our favorite Italian restaurants in the US. We have been missing some real ingredients from our across the pond but they really nail it here with real mozzarella di buffala, grana padano, san marzano tomatoes, melanzane and a lot of passion in the recipes. We were surprised by a recipe that I have been a fan since I tried it back in Italy more than 12 years ago, pasta aum aum. What a shock from the past. Great people, great food and an unforgettable experience.

The food was amazing. My friend and I ordered and split the Rústica salad and the Trenne Della Nonna. The portions were perfect for us to share. Both items had so much amazing flavor. We sat on a high-top near the door by the bar where there was occasional foot traffic. However, we didn’t find this an issue. It was easy to talk. Cute place, friendly staff, and amazing food.

Food was authentic and delicious. I had wild boar, which I’ve never had and They made it so Rich and filling. The drinks were also great nice portions as well. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfect for conversation (the good kind, not the “what did you say?” kind).
The service was just as impressive as the food. We followed our server’s recommendations for entrées and quickly realized he knew exactly what he was doing. Every choice was spot on—and we’re very glad we listened.
We’ve eaten our way through Elkhart Lake, Plymouth, and Sheboygan, and this place still managed to surprise us. Let’s just say it has officially earned “go-to” status. Next level.

My husband and I are very open minded when it comes to food and it takes a lot for us to not like something, but the food here was just too bland. Our appetizers and entrees simply didn’t have any flavor. We expected more from this place and its price point. However, I cannot deny that the dessert was pretty good
