Soup and Such began in 2006, fulfilling a lifelong dream of owner Antonia Craighill. As she looked around Billings, MT, for healthy dining options, the choices were slim. That is when she decided to pursue her dream opening Billings’ first and only Soup and Salad Bar! She used a combination of old family recipes and newly developed favorites. The result was a winning combination of five everyday soups including Baked Potato Chowder, New England Clam Chowder, Creamy Tomato Basil, Chili and Homestyle Chicken Noodle, as well as two soups that change daily.
Since 2006, Billings residents and visitors have enjoyed the fabulous selection of veggies, fruits, meats, cheeses, pasta salads, potato salad and 13 dressing choices.

I ordered from Door Dash with a promo and had this delivered for $20 including fees & tip.
I spent a while deciding what to get because I’m a little burnt out on restaurant food and I think in Montana it’s especially tough to do buffet style like this but I’m volunteering remotely and really needed the help cuz I already skipped two meals today!
They called to ask what soup I wanted which was nice but I hope there will be an option to add this online because I’m terrible on the phone even when I’m expecting it sorry! I got the soup of the day (beef and noodle) in the combo with Broccaholic and a grilled cheese. It’s a totally decent amount of food.
I used to work at a farmers market so I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did since I got spoiled by locally grown veggies. This is similar to cafeteria food which I honestly have a huge soft spot for. I would definitely order here again. Thanks!

I was visiting town and I came in for dinner. I tried the fresh buffet for $13. Pay first then sit anywhere. The salad bar is clean and fresh with plenty of toppings to choose. The soup was hot and has crackers to add to your soup. Server came by one time to remove plates but hasn’t came by since. The water had an awkward sink taste which I only took 3 sips. Table is clean and the atmosphere is average. Vegan friendly.

It’s a great soup and salad bar spot. It has tones of options. I love the walnuts for my salad.

Wanted a nice light lunch, and I figured salad would be a good option. And away we went! The staff was amazing and friendly, the food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean and organized. Therr was i believe 6 soups and a well stocked salad bar with all the fixes. I had the clam chowder and a bowl of taco soup two salads, all for a decent price. I will definitely eat here again!

Stopped in for date night because I have had my eye on this place for a while. Very reasonably priced and had great options for how small it is. The salad bar was fresh and fully stocked with all the goodies! The soups were equally as fresh and VERY DELICIOUS! My one “complaint” is that there wasn’t any lobster bisque (which is fine, I just really wanted lobster bisque and was hoping they had some to satisfy my craving). However their pumpkin bisque HITS THE SPOT!!! Can’t wait to come back (and maybe there will be some lobster bisque next time )

My favorite soup and salad bar in Billings. They have a huge salad bar with the best breadsticks!! They also feature 7 different homemade soups. They are very busy between the hours of 11:30-2:00, so seating is limited. They keep the tables cleared and clean, and the salad bar and soups stocked. And always, a very friendly staff.

I brought my daughter in for lunch around noon on Saturday. I like the fresh spinach. It was old and starting to break down. The iceberg lettuce was also going bad.The door to the prep area was open. None of the 4 associates were wearing food prep gloves. I noticed one lady picking something out of her eye with her bare finger and then touching the food. There was a man with a long beard without a smoot to keep the hair from falling into the food. We tried to have some lunch but we were too disgusted to eat much. A total waste of $25.

Great place to stop off the highway. Family owned with a few locations…on it’s way up. 7 different soups with several gluten free options and a few vegetarian. I think there were 5 kinds of cheese to pick from on the salad bar with good variety. Family meal deal is a bonus!! Plenty of parking and shopping. Dave and his excellent communication skills informed us there are call ahead options of 30 soup choices and they also have a catering menu.

First time here. Will make it one of the stops when I am in town. This is one of the best places to eat in town. All the ingredients were fresh and soups were spot on.

We used to live in Billings several years ago but have since moved away. We loved eating at Soup and Such back then and decided to see if it was still good this weekend while in town. NOTHING has changed (except the prices) which is a great thing! Still the same excellent food, selection, and service that we always loved.
