My partner and myself are a little averse to loud restaurants even if we expect the food to be good! Fortunately we had Mac as our server and there’s just no way we could eat elsewhere after knowing how exceptional Mac is. The food was divine, I had the lasagne and my partner had a pasta dish I can’t pronounce. Was excellent, will be back.

Trattoria Ilaria is a place where you immediately feel at home. The location is simple yet well-kept, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like a true Italian trattoria should be.
The service was excellent: the staff was extremely kind, friendly, and always attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire evening.
We enjoyed appetizers, first courses, and desserts, all typical Italian dishes, carefully prepared and full of authentic flavors. Every dish was delicious and truly respectful of traditional Italian cuisine.
It was a really lovely evening, spent in a relaxed and pleasant environment. A place where you eat well and feel good — definitely a restaurant I will return to and highly recommend.

Solid Italian restaurant. The pasta which was on the specials menu was delicious. Service was attentive. The food did take a while to come out but it was worth it.

We had the most amazing waiter and service at this restaurant it was hubby’s birthday and they presented him with a candle in a cake and all sung happy birthday the whole restaurant participated it was truly the best restaurant atmosphere food and service we’ve had in a long time we will be back thanks for the memories we had the best fun and time as a family of 3 ! Customer service was lack for me, I was sitting at the restaurant for about 20mins til i was asked if I wanted to order something, I ordered a wine which took about 10minutes & I received the wrong bottle. the waitress gave the wrong wine I asked nicely it was a different one and they looked abit annoyed, they poured me the wine i had asked for and they left without having to ask if I was ready to order a starter as I was waiting for a friend. Once my friend arrived we were waiting for 20 minutes to order our food. I received my garlic bread after 15mins.
we then had told the manager that we haven’t received our starter! or mains. which took about 30mins!
other than all that, the food was yummy don’t get me wrong but i had a horrible customer service experience, and I felt abit shamed.
oh and I hope in the future they have a toilet/bathroom that is much closer!

The best Italian restaurant in Perth. We tried appetizers, main courses, and desserts, and they were all exceptional. The service is impeccable: the entire staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist both customers and colleagues with a smile and a friendly attitude. Lovely Italian restaurant in North Perth. Reservations necessary as its a busy place even on a Tuesday night. Great menu and specials menu,very big portions. Good drinks menu including mocktails. Definitely going back.
Only complaint I found it very warm inside buy hey that’s its only fault. Staff were very friendly.
