Birthday dinner was perfect! I prearranged everything and they nailed it! Devine food, I had chicken Milanese which was lightly breaded and perfect. Waiter Rob took very good care of us. Next time we go, (and there will be a next time) we will sot outside on the covered patio.

Not sure why they deleted my first review. First off if you are looking for a fine dining in Vero go to coopers, or if u want even better service and food for the price go to west palm.
Arrived at the restaurant to no hostess for about 5 mins when we were on time for a reservation (was not busy). In the reservation i specifically mentioned it was my girlfriends birthday, got no mention of that from the waitress, waitress smelled of cigarettes and service did not deserve the tip (everyone has off days so i still tipped 20%) overall did not enjoy this restaurant, food was alright but for “fine dining” this experience was poopoo especially for a birthday.

We spent Thanksgiving at Trattoria Dario, and it was truly wonderful. Everything was perfect—the food was delicious, the ambiance cozy and welcoming, and the service outstanding. They have such a lovely wine selection, and being greeted so warmly by the owners and the hostess made us feel right at home. This restaurant has always been my go-to for special occasions, and they reminded me once again why I love it so much. Our server DeeDee was absolutely amazing. Such a memorable evening!

Wonderful authentic Italian menu. My husband and I dined-in on New Years Eve, the team went above and beyond to fit us in at the bar (without a reservation) as they were packed. We had great martinis, fantastic food and wine. A nice bottle of Amarone. My only recommendation would be to allow the guests to taste the wine before issuing a full pour… which may just have been on oversight on the part of the server, given how busy they were. Overall a 5-star experience and we will be back.

We recently celebrated a birthday at Dario’s and could not have had a better experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was excellent, and the timing of the meal was superb. There is nothing worse than being rushed during a nice meal out, and the Dario’s staff did a wonderful job of making our special birthday celebration a night we will remember. We are looking forward to our next meal!

This Italian restaurant was truly exceptional. Every aspect, from the cuisine to the service, was of the highest caliber. The intimate interior dining area, with its soft lighting, created a romantic ambiance that perfectly complemented the exquisite cuisine. The service was impeccable, with Bernard providing outstanding attention to detail. The restaurant also offers outdoor seating facing towards the ocean, as well as a bar and private dining area for special occasions. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and the meal was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be returning in the future.

The food was pretty good. Slightly better than average. Unfortunately it took 40 to have bread on my table. Everyone around me had bread almost immediately. Had to ask a different server to bring bread….which he did 2 minutes later. Atmosphere was ok

Absolutely amazing experience! Everything we tried was incredibly fresh and flavorful — from the appetizers to the main dishes and salads. The burrata salad in particular was outstanding, so creamy and perfectly balanced. Every plate was on point! The service was warm and attentive, the atmosphere inviting, and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates authentic, delicious food and great vibes.
