The place was recommended to us by our hostel. It did not disappoint. The food was amazing, the wine was tasty and the staff was very kind and helpful with everything. Definitely worth the visit, if you want to have a good time. Cant wait to be back again!

the service is fast, friendly and very nice. we had a little table inside in front of the window.
we had the bruschetta, the carbonara, the ragu’ cinghiale (typical pasta from toskana/ firenze) and the tiramisu and everything was amazing; 10/10!!!
if you want to have authentic good food in a good quality and not tourist trap: go there!

Awesome Food. We had the mixed plate of crostinis and the grilled plate for two persons – which was almost too much. Nevertheless the food was excellenct. Beautifully grilled to medium rare. Awesome taste of open fire, since they use a charocal grill.
I would give 4.5 Stars. Since the water bottle costs 2€ and the salad which was served to the grill plate costs 4€. Worth it and delicious, but it wasn‘t written anywhere.
Overall definitely a nice location and highly recommended.

Amazing, amazing, amazing…. one of those places you don’t want to tell anyone about because it is so good you want to keep it to yourself.
The owner is amazing and the atmosphere is so truely Italian.
The food was way too much but every mouthful was like heaven…

Very impressed not only by the delicious food but the hospitality and the warm welcome we got from the owner and his staff! Very friendly to tourists & locals. Went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. The owner even called the taxi place to help us book a ride for when we leave for the airport on Monday. The pasta we ordered was very good!! You must go here! can’t recommend it enough!

Great local neighborhood spot. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. My wife and I met a couple sitting next to us in the communal table who live in the neighborhood. They told us they frequent the place, and even shared some of their Florentine steak. It was a great experience meeting and talking with them during dinner. The servers are brothers, at least some of them, I believe. The servers were very congenial, they liked to joke, spoke enough English to communicate with them. We had a great experience overall. They have a little pet dog near the front door which adds to the charm of the place. He just lies on his bed most of the time and watches people come and go. I highly recommend to visit them.

This very petit restaurant packs a huge punch on flavor, no doubt!! I ordered a bistecca with a chilli olive oil and I am hooked on this combination! The chill is hot so if you are not prepared it will bite you. Everything is a la carte here and so delicious! This was our roommate farewell dinner and it did not disappoint! At the end of our service they treated us to a complementary house made nougat with hazelnut! Delicious!! I miss it already.. Bellisimo e delizioso!!!
