We’ve been to the restaurant several times when they were Bistro 57; food and service were always good. Four of us went for dinner tonight and the name has changed to Trattoria 57, not sure if it is under new ownership. We were really pleased with the food, the portions were larger than before so we felt like we were getting our money’s worth this time. We had the lobster ravioli, chicken parmesan, chicken piccata and the Italian sausage ragu. We all had salads and cocktails as well. The only complaint regarding the food was the bread. We used to get a mixed basket of warm bread. Tonight we received cold breadsticks, probably straight from the refrigerator, they would have been better warmed up. Our server, Victoria was excellent! She had a refreshingly upbeat personality. She was very cordial and attentive, we were very appreciative. If we could make a suggestion, it would be to play some nice, light dinner music that compliments the atmosphere. The music tonight was radio music played a bit loud. Overall, we were very happy and will be back soon.

This is an amazing and cozy restaurant! Food is full of wonderful flavors! We really enjoyed very much the food. Atmosphere is romantic and very nice. This time I enjoyed a perfectly cooked steak paired with golden roasted potatoes, fresh green beans, and a rich mushroom sauce on the side—and it was truly delicious. The steak was tender and juicy, with a flawless sear that locked in every bit of savory flavor. Each bite was cooked just right, making it the star of the plate.
The roasted potatoes were crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, seasoned simply but perfectly. The green beans added a bright, fresh crunch that balanced the richness of the steak and potatoes.
I asked for the sauce on the side, and I’m so glad I did—it was loaded with tender, flavorful mushrooms in a creamy, savory base that complemented the steak beautifully without overpowering it.
Altogether, this meal was a perfect combination of textures and flavors: hearty, fresh, and deeply satisfying. I’ll definitely be ordering it again.

Food was just ok. I’ll say the appetizers were the best part along with the bread. The steak was just ok, the lamb was over cooked and dry. Our waiter was to focused on the another table due the lady asking repeating questions multiple times. I’d say save your money and find another place to dine.

I was actually a little scared by the rating, but we were pleasantly surprised because dinner was truly delicious. The place is very spacious and somewhat romantic, and the service was great, they were very attentive and prompt with our order.
I had chicken piccatta and my husband had chicken parmesan, and both had great taste.
I’m glad we took the opportunity to eat there because it was worth it, its close to our house and I would definitely go back.

I’m so glad we had the chance to dine here. We couldn’t make up where we wanted to dine, and since Aliante Casino is close to us, we decided on Bistro 57.
The restaurant is pretty good in size, so good for large groups. Next time I visit, I want to sit along the window looking out into the Casino.

Shrimp Scampi tasted like a whole bottle of lemon flavored juice was poured on for “sauce” and wasn’t saucey at all, just liquid. Shrimp was rubbery and not edible.
Fettuccini Alfredo had no flavor, tasted like pasta was cooked in milk.
I dined here almost a year ago and food was great, not sure why the quality has gone down so much. Only one other guest dining so they weren’t busy, not sure what’s going on but we won’t be back here.

My lady and I decided to try the bistro as we were walking through the casino and just looking around. After enjoying a drink at one of the bars we decided to try the bistro. Man!! What a well kept secret!! It did not disappoint!! Great ambiance great food and very attentive service. It’s has a kind of romantic setting. Spacious and very upscale. Courtney was our server and she was on point! She treated us like we really mattered!! I look for the attitude of servers very closely. She was the real deal!!
My lady ordered the pasta with the side dish of mushrooms the asparagus. I ordered a wonderful Ceasar salad with broiled salmon which was cooked to perfection. Warm Fresh rolls. Courtney suggested a beer I might like based on what I tried to describe and she got it right. This is our new spot for Sunday afternoon dining. I could not be happier and the price was very reasonable. We fell in love with this place and we will be back very soon. I can’t say enough good things about it. I really feel that the negative reviews are NOT justified in any way. We dine out a lot and we know when it’s right. This place is right!!
