We had a huge plate of brisket nachos that were absolutely delicious! The wait staff was super friendly and attentive. It sounds like there are a lot of fun things going on there like corn hole tournaments, etc. Don’t pass this place!

We were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the food was! Very reasonably priced. Great service. We will definitely be back.

Was an unfortunate night for us as they had bad service and food quality. We were told two people quit, had one cook, and 2 servers, but overheard waitresses talking about how it was just a busy Sunday. The steaks were very disappointing but maybe I’m spoiled being from nevraska… but whenever ordering a sirloin there is zero excuse to EVER have gristle strong enough u can’t chee through. They were lower quality meals and out of stock on numerous items. Gravy, walleye, brisket, no soup of the day. Seems like a management issue as these items being out of stock have nothing to do with low staff.

Cool looking restaurant and bar with delicious steak options, soup, salad sandwiches, etc. Everything was tasty and the staff were friendly. I ate at the bar in early March, but it looks like in warmer weather there are horseshoe pits and outdoor seating and and live music outside. Looks like a good time.

Only went in for drinks but the waitress was quick & friendly. We were only staying for one but she didn’t ever come back to check on us. The atmosphere was awesome, rustic & western but clean. I would go back because the food looked & smelled amazing.

I was too early for the 5:00 dinner time. I settled for the clams and mussels appetizer and the local IPA beer. The clams and mussels were excellent, the broth was nice and hot and hit the spot on this overcast rainy drizzly day.

Trapper’s is one of our family’s favorite places to eat. We drive more than 60 miles one way to dine here. Great menu, great food, fully stocked bar and great place to watch sports. The owner made it right by taking it off our bill, but the cook refused to sear our $15 steak appetizer, which was undercooked for our taste. Everything else we had exceeded our expectations. But because of this pretentious, loud-mouth cook who argued with our server “that’s the way it comes,” I will not give it a five star rating. The customer’s request should be honored…

Decent atmosphere, but the server couldn’t remember the drink order, delivered the wrong whiskey, and then forgot we paid her and asked for us to pay her again. Probably not coming back.

A great American bar within shouting distance of the Canadian border. Good selection of beer, friendly staff, and an awesome outdoor area (that’s dog friendly, too!) Definitely with a visit, and they get bonus points for the “Trappers” Stampeders jersey on display!
