I have always enjoyed myself at T2. They have great food, lots of fun, very friendly staff and if there is an error they make good on it! The staff and I are family . They have always gone above and beyond to please me and always have smiles and call me by my first name. There was a time when I thought I wouldn’t be able to hang out there. You see my fiancée passed away in April of 2023 and we practically lived at T2, but the entire staff and all of my friends and family made me feel welcome there and eventually I came back by myself, meeting friends and family there. Marks spirit lives on in Trappers 2 and We hang out for Syracuse games and lots of other reasons. All in all Trappers II is the best !

Had a pretty crap experience. Owner was super professional and did everything as an owner to make it right.
Deleted my original review as I feel she will implement change, so others don’t experience what we did.

This is great place for groups. I would be sure to make a reservation first, but they are also extremely accommodating. They also cater for events such as anniversaries. I’ve only been here a few times, but it is one of the nicer roadhouse restaurants in Syracuse, besides for the location. It makes gathering of groups a little more exclusive, adding a level of comfort to the atmosphere.

Extremely disappointed with the food and how it’s not as good as it once was.. Ordered buffalo chicken salad and medium cheese pizza, and was horrible compared before when I have been here. Let me start buffalo chicken salad $15.5 served with chicken out of a can look compared to the old chicken tenders chopped and tossed in hot sauce big disappointment.. Absolutely down grade in quality for cost. Cheese pizza was good not as great as before little chewy and not as crispy but 6.2 overall. Buffalo chicken salad 2.9 overall

I’ve been here dozens of times and their pizza is great but always has a two inch sauce ring along the crust. The cheese should always overlap the sauce so there isn’t this massive tomato pie crust along the outside of the pizza. I know I sound like a picky snob but it’s such a simple thing to do that greatly improves a pizza. I want pizza, not half and half baked tomato dough!
Edit: came back a few months later and the pizza is even worse. See attached photo. Absolute joke. Who would serve this to a paying customer? Better yet when I sent the pizza back they put it out on the counter to sell as slices. Yikes…

Came here to have a quick bite while heading back from green lakes State Park. Loved the farm fresh pizza and garlic fries. Loved how the pizza was freshly prepared and was light on the stomach while travelling. If you’re visiting green lakes or are in the area, would definitely recommend to stop by and have a meal here.

The pizzas are always consistent, and the dough is excellent—seriously good every time. Great pizzas all around. And don’t skip the charred Black & Blue wings… a must-have if you love spicy wings

We love Trapper’s 2 in Minoa! They always accommodate our Tillie’s Touch soccer players and allow the kids to have a great time. The staff is attentive and kind. The food is always excellent. You can never go wrong with pizza and wings here.
There are few businesses within the region that support local not-for-profit organizations and the community in the way that Trapper’s 2 does. They are a gem in our community!

Waited an hour for a single order of wings… At the 45 minute point I asked them to check on my order to which she responded, “They’re saucing your wings right now” … Another 15 minutes later She brings me out plain wings in a to go box while I was sitting at a table, waiting the entire time. Everyone else around me had their food brought out to them in the basket, wings included.
So basically it was just make this guy disappear and give him some random unsauced wings.
So the response to bad service was bad food lol… Got it

150 miles from home, looking for a place to dine, and google leads us to Trappers II. All I can say is, “Thank God”. This Pizza & Pub was welcoming as soon as we walked in the front door. Order/Pay at the counter and food brought to the table. The cashier in the menu picture was an absolute angel. She helped us with getting just the food we were looking for. A party of four, we enjoyed a plate of garlic knots that were toasty brown on the outside, yet soft and steamy on the inside, and absolutely de-lic-ious! A to go lunch salad was just right for the four of us to split as a side salad to our large pizza order. A slightly thin crust, great zesty pizza sauce, tantalizing spicy pepperoni, and half with onions, sweet peppers, black olives, and mushrooms. The slices were large NY style triangles and actually added to the fun of the meal. If we didn’t live so far away, we would gladly return on a regular basis. I might add also, kiddie corner from the restaurant is the awesome Green Pedestrian Bridge over the CSX Railroad. Very interesting and tourist worthy.
