If I could give a zero star I would your days are numbered KFC. PSA don’t order a bowl online and except to get what you ordered when you show up. Like what is this make your own bowl? They had no nuggets and substituted two missing orders with of nuggets with 3 old crusty dry chicken strips. Pics to show what it looked like before going in the trash can. Waste of money!!!

The food took forever and this wasn’t during a rush. When it finally came out, it was just “okay,” which is unacceptable considering how long we waited. If I’m going to wait that long at a fast-food spot, the food should at least be hot and fresh. It wasn’t.
The restaurant itself was not clean, which made the wait even more unpleasant. The final straw? A bucket of dirty mop water just sitting in a corner in plain sight. Nothing says “appetite killer” quite like that.
The staff wasn’t rude, but they were painfully slow—like dried molasses slow; with zero sense of urgency. The whole place felt unmanaged and neglected.
I’m honestly not sure what the deal is at this location, but this was my first visit and absolutely my last. Plenty of other places to spend my money, and this won’t be one of them.

I drove 25 minutes and ordered a leg and a thigh, coleslaw and mashed potatoes. $12.99. Got home with a miniscule wing and a breast, coleslaw and no potatoes.
I called repeatedly for 20 minutes and no answer. Probably won’t go back.

Terrible experience. I ordered 2 famous bowl meals with no corn and extra gravy. After the woman got a attitude about me asking for extra gravy and having to explain it to her twice she told me to pull forward. Never ask for a drink or if I wanted a cookie with my meal or not. Which it is suppose to come with. We get to the window I tell them I never got ask what drinks I wanted. Got that taken care of and get my bowls and they are all corn and mash potatoes and 2 pieces of chicken with extra corn. Called them 4 times and never answered. Do not recommend going here.

The gentleman didn’t listen to me when I was ordering. Gave me total and told me to pull around. Got to the window pay for my food. Just to find out it was not what we order at all. An all he could say is I was in the back an couldn’t remember ur order.. um ok so why didn’t you asked for me to repeat instead of charging me for something I didn’t order.. very disappointed.

Way over priced; ordered 8 piece meal & never seen a chicken leg & wings that small; grew up with owner of 74 franchises way back then; have had great chicken in past. This was dry, small and didn’t have or out gravy with mashed potatoes. Guess one has to ask for it but won’t be back to this location regardless. Way over cooked and dry. Feather still on chicken wing.

Is this how you treat your valued customers KfC? I was displeased with the wings. Took one bite and did not touch the rest. The manager (over the phone, while I’m at the store) refused my refund. Didn’t offer to remake. Is that why this lobby and drive thru was completely empty?
