The best jambalaya I’ve had in years . I’m particular about tomatoes . Every piece of meat to a mouthwatering flavor. Fish and chips were also cooked to perfection. The golden brown steak fries will not disappoint.

What a surprisingly great experience from a hotel restaurant. This is a restaurant in a Hilton Garden Inn. As far as hotel restaurants go, it was absolutely outstanding. I had the house salad and the Jambalaya. Both were very good. Service was quick, friendly, and accurate. Great portions, for reasonable prices. My server, Leeana, was a huge part of their success. She was outstanding. Thank you all for a great dinner after a long day on the road.

It’s a hotel restaurant and bar. They have a nice setup that’s very Issaquah themed, good food, and nice service

The service I received from Cameron was excellent.
Ive not eaten much jambalaya.
Pros.
The tomatoes were soft, and flavorful
The chicken was tender, soft enough to break with light pressure
The portion is quite large
Cons.
The flavor is… underwhelming
The shrimp come with their tails and are tough
Maybe I am not a fan of jambalaya, I’m not sure. But for me, and the price of what I paid, this is not work it to me. I paid 25$ for this and it tasted like it should’ve been 8-9 dollars tops.
If you’re staying into the Hilton, maybe it’s worth while.
It also sounded like someone else nearby had a problem with their steak so it could be the cooks back there aren’t very good/consistent and I went at a bad time.
I wouldn’t go here again; I was hesitant because a hotel resteraunt but the other reviews made it seem fantastic hahah.
