This was our first time here to Celebrate the Marine Corps Birthday! The food was delicious! My steak was prepared perfectly. We got the loaded fries for an appetizer and they were amazing. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Definitely coming back again soon! Thank you!

We were on our way from Fort Worth to Winstar for a concert and I had searched for a place to eat along our way. I settled on this place because we (my husband and I) love steak. I am so glad we stopped in for dinner. Our server, Michelle, was great. She was friendly and attentive. She kept our tea glasses full, which is a very big deal to us. She alone gets a 5-star review. We each got the 8 oz center cut sirloin, cooked medium, baked potato and fried okra. The Texas toast that comes before and with the meal was toasted to perfection. The fried okra was crispy. The star of the plate, however, was the steak. The steak was cooked perfectly with minimal seasoning which allowed the flavor of the meat to do the talking. It was a very flavorful!! Live music started at 6pm which added to the ambience. The guy was pretty good. This place definitely goes on our keeper list. In my opinion, it is worth the drive from Fort Worth to Lindsay for a steak!!

Traveling through and stopped in bc my husband had been wanting a steak – it was close, opened, and the reviews led us to believe the steak would be great….I would rate it as OK. For the price, we won’t complain but definitely wasn’t the best steak. We both got green beans and neither portion had bacon in them. The fried mushrooms and fried pickles were good. The fries were awesome! The hamburger steak was almost too salty for me. It’s worth a stop in, just don’t expect anything over the top. Our server, Katie, was awesome!

Food was pretty good. 2 of 3 steaks were overcooked, but nothing crazy. Pretty standard foods and flavors. Nothing really stood out as amazing. Service was good and the restaurant is large. Some of the tables could be spaced out just a bit more as it was pretty tight space with the table behind us. My biggest let down out of this experience was paying $14 for the sweet heat margarita. It was okay, but definitely nowhere near $14 worth. I should have asked the price beforehand, but I firmly believe prices should be listed on menus as well.

Steaks were seasoned and cooked per order and to perfection. All the sides were tasty, but the salads had a bit too much sauce. The cowboy waiter was attentive, and other cowgirl waiters assisted nicely. I was very impressed and wish this place had a second restaurant in California. The Margarita was mixed very well, and the drinks kept flowing. We loved the sampler, it was a good addition to our meal.

I recently visited The Traildust Steakhouse Saloon and tried The Hoss sirloin steak. The flavor and texture were good, but the steak was a bit harder than I prefer—not as tender as I’d like. I ordered it medium well. Alongside the steak, I had the mashed potatoes with brown gravy, which were creamy and delicious, and a Caesar salad with fresh, crisp lettuce. For dessert, I had the New York cheesecake with strawberries, which was very good—smooth, rich, and a perfect ending to the meal. The atmosphere was family-friendly, and I enjoyed the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Decided to stop here on a whim coming back from Oklahoma, wanted Texas Roadhouse but it was too far, this place had good reviews so we came in. Everyone is so nice, our server Silver ( I think that’s her name ) was so sweet. We had a 16oz Ribeye to share that was cooked perfectly and seasoned well and fried mushrooms that were pipping hot and fresh! For sure going to come back when we either go to or come from Oklahoma again! Price range varies depending what you get, but definitely was worth it !

Let’s talk STEAK!! DELICIOUS!! Service was slow but good. Our waitress was new but we were patient. Half & half tea was yummy! We had dinner and a show! Car show low rider trucks gave us one heck of a show. Texas trail burger is huge. Prime rib had good flavor. My ribeye 12oz was so much flavor!! Over all we will be back.
