My daughter was given an expired moldy milk. When confronted and requested a refund for their poor service, they refused and called the police. Very poor service and empathy. The people who work there hardly speak English and could honestly care less of the Quality and safety of the product.

Service is hit or miss depending on what time of day. Mornings before 630 am service is slow. At 630 additional staff arrive and service picks up. Coffee and donuts are constantly good.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Obviously didn’t receive it. But love how they cut the bagel so poorly. I thought it was missing. It wasn’t that’s literally how they gave the bagel. I don’t know why I keep trying to give this place a second chance. I’ve gotten doughnuts and they seem to ALWAYS put the napkins on top of the icing of the doughnut which obviously means it’s everywhere. I wish they could get it right just once 🙁

Asked for a jamoca ice cream flavord milk shake, was handed what seemed to be the consistency and color of milk in a cup took one sip and it was just that, tossed it in front of them and walked right out. It was 8 dollars btw

Asked the lady through the drive-through to make sure she stirred my hot chocolate because the last time I came through, I could barely taste the chocolate. Low and behold, she didn’t stir the chocolate in, nor did she put in the carmel flavoring I asked for. I poured the liquid out and saw lumps of chocolate powder at the bottom of the cup. I guess the phone call she was on was more important than customer service tonight. Won’t bother going to this 24 hour DD anymore.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a large Caramel Craze Latte and got a large cup that was only half filled. How incredibly disappointing to pay full price for half a latte. I will not be coming back.
Edit: I called about my latte being only half of a cup and the guy who answered said their latte machine has been messing up the ratios therefore it accidentally made only that much. I read the other reviews on here, other patrons have had the same problem. At this point, it looks more like false advertising.

I never go to dunkin but the only time I did my egg wrap thing wasn’t worth the stop or price. I’m sure the rest of the items are great. Only takes one bad experience. The tortilla was stale and cheese burnt. This item is a do not buy.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. I ordered a dozen donuts around 11:30 pm. I probably shouldn’t have, but hey now I know better. The dunkin app said these donuts were available so we made the purcahse. I drive to pick them up and the gentlemen in the drive thru tells me they don’t have any donuts. I drove all the way there, with no message, no call, nothing in advance about them not having any available. I asked for my refund and they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to call it in. I call the dunkin 1-800 number but nobody ahs the authority to offer a refund. All they could do was open a case to have the store contact me. 3 weeks later and still no call. I contacted the store finally and I was told only the manager could assist with this and that they did not have any idea when or what day she comes in. AVOID this place for your own sanity.
