A confusing experience with aggressive service. The food served is average, some of the sandwiches looked pretty good while the pizza looked stale. Management needs to place clearer signs indicating “order here” “pay here” and “pickup here” windows because I heard several times ‘move to next window!’ in a rather unpleasant tone.

I thought about this place months back and was so devastated to find out they were renovating. Recently I was at the bank and checked to see if they were open and yesssss. These paninis I’m telling you are unlike any panini you’re going to find anywhere else. These are the best of the best. There’s so many menu options and the staff are always friendly. Don’t sleep on tradeport pizza

Paninis are great! I was even given the wrong panini today (first time they’ve ever messed up my order) I didn’t notice until I started eating it and it was even better than the one I ordered (which is always delicious when I get it) I now have a new favorite. The fries are good too.

Really love their sandwiches; specifically their Thanksgiving panini (no celery in the stuffing, yay!) and the bread they use is so good. Quick and efficient. My company uses them occasionally for catering and they’re great. Also it’s important to me working in the service industry previously that they seem to have kept the same staff for the 2 years I’ve been on base, so they must treat them well and they are very kind.

It’s 1:15PM and I tried to order a calzone. I was told that the ovens are turned off. This is the second time I have tried to order from this location and told the same thing. I asked what time they are open until and they said 3PM. I asked what time the ovens are on and available to purchase items on their menu and she told me she didn’t know. The location is great in terms of where my office is, but the fact you can’t order lunch items at lunch is quite ridiculous.

My lunch here was a terrible trifecta of dining experiences. 1) Terrible service: ordered a Ruben with whatever comes standard on it, woman scoffs at me and tells me that I oughta know what I want on my sandwich. 2) Terrible food: I end up receiving a piece of corned beef on two pieces of bread without any sauces or toppings. 3) Terrible price: was charged $10 for this garbage. The icing on top was that I got a stomach ache within an hour of eating this. If you wok at Pease and are considering here for lunch, run don’t walk from this establishment.
