Jerzey was our server and cook. His food was delicious. Everything about this place takes me to that neighborhood. I grew up in where they had the diners and everybody knew each other and it was a great atmosphere. Comfortable really enjoyed it. First time there. Definitely going back. The biscuits that came with the gravy were excellent and also the pancakes.

A little unasuuming out-of-the-way gem! My coffee connoisseur husband was very pleased with the coffee. Our server was very patient and accommodating. She even got me a cup of hot water and lemon for my ginger tea. All the food was heated perfectly and delicious, our steak and chopped sirloin was perfect medium and the dippy eggs were fried perfect also. We will definitely be back!

These types of diners are the home run places everyone loves to find. I was in town working for a few days and at 2:00am there are not many options and did I luck out!!! I was the only customer in the diner and Rodney was there to welcome me and gave me a little history on how they got their name. The food was great and price was more than reasonable.
I am glad to have found this place.

My wife and I stopped in late night / early morning for a bite. I ordered supper, she ordered breakfast. Rodney was our server and the food was very good. The prices are reasonable for a 24/7 restaurant. The Conductor was delicious.

It was my first time here. Food was good enough, and so was the atmosphere, but the server was one of the best!
My friend already planned to return as she was very taken with the Sample Platter!

Best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever tasted! Everything ordered was fantastic, but the biscuits and gravy were out of this world. Service was great too. Go check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

We decided to try something new tonight, I think it was a great idea! They weren’t very busy when we arrived. We started out with an appetizer, their 3 sampler. We had mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and the loaded baked potatoes. I really enjoyed all but the mozzarella sticks, they were just like everyone elses. As for dinner, we ordered the kids cheeseburger meal and upgraded to waffle fries, the conductor burger (it’s a double cheeseburger!), and the open face roast beef sandwich and upgraded to mashed potatoes. All meals were very hot and delicious. The ladies were really great with the service. Also, for those that like to eat breakfast all day, they will serve it to you! You can tell they appreciate their restaurant because you can smell how clean it is! We will be going back!

I don’t know if I’d ever have ended up here, except that my mother was admitted to the hospital, it was late til we got her settled in, hadn’t eaten, and were looking for someplace nearby that was open all night. It, as far as I can tell, is on the way to absolutely nowhere. That having been said, this place is an absolute gem! The clean black-and-white 1950s styling was really charming! The menu is quirky and fun, and the food was fantastic, especially for the extremely reasonable price! And it was very well prepared. I always watch to see if a restaurant is able to do simple things well. And a great way to check that is to get breakfast. If someone can cook eggs over easy and hashbrowns well, it’s my guess that they’re going to have enough attention to detail and enough skills to cook pretty much anything well, and that was my experience here. The eggs were absolutely perfect. The hashbrowns were crispy without being overdone, and the whole thing was served graciously. There’s a fine line that a server needs to tread. They need to be attentive and courteous without being overly so and thereby making themselves a nuisance. And this gentleman, who, by the way, was the only person on staff at that point, showed himself to be excellent in maintaining that balance. Overall, I absolutely love the place! By all means, take a trip to the middle of nowhere, and enjoy one of the best diners I’ve ever experienced!

The Tracks End restaurant is a fabulous experience if you have to drive to Harrisburg. The food was wonderful. I had a very good Burger there. The restaurant accommodates Google and Apple Pay and has free Wi-Fi. The staff works the extra mile to serve it’s guests.

I’ve been a regular customer of Track’s End for at least 12 years.

Last night, I brought in a party of six adults. My order was for 12 wings for $16.99, I asked for 2 different flavors – as I’ve been doing for many years. When I got the bill I was charged for 2 orders of 6 wings for $11.99 each. I brought this error to the attention of Cyndi and she very tersely told me that this is the “new rule” and that’s now how it’s done when you want two flavors on a dozen wings.

When I placed the order, I was not informed of this “new rule” and nowhere on the menu or the boards was this “new rule” mentioned, it was just placed on on my bill in hopes that I didn’t notice.

For those keeping score: that’s a $6 surcharge on a pricey dozen of wings for a second flavor or $24 for a dozen wings!!

For comparison, Three Pines does two flavors on a dozen for free and 50 cents for a third flavor. Track End always did the second flavor for free until this “new rule” began.

The food is always great here – but I guess since I’m not a railroader I sometimes get 3rd rate service.

I was treated like a fool and as the saying goes: “fool me once…
