The food & the atmosphere was very lovely & relaxing. Just what I needed after a long week at work! Billy was amazing, & he made sure that me & my friends were well taken care of all night. If you visit, I recommend the burgundy- braised short rib & bread pudding. I’ll definitely be come back soon.

This review is mainly of Danielle, who I believe is a manager. To the Hyatt Regency Executives: give this woman a raise or a promotion or both. She was basically doing everyone’s jobs. Our server was slow and cranky, and the food was taking too long to be prepared. Danielle was on top of it, serving us drinks with a smile and assuring we had everything we needed within her power. Once the food finally arrived, our meal was satisfying. That said, I was most impressed by Danielle’s professionalism and attentiveness.

This bar is inside a Hyatt regency hotel. I actually came here to take videos for a project. I got a drink afterwards. The bartender fixed our drinks and she was super professional and pleasant. The scenery is phenomenal. They have trees indoors and a nice water fountain. The drinks were prepared perfectly. Overall I had a lovely experience at this bar.

The courtyard is beautiful. I went with friends, we had wine, a cheese plate, a spinach dip bread bowl, and pigs in a blanket. Portions were extremely generous and it was all delicious! Service was very attentive, too (thank you, Suzy). I would totally recommend a visit here.

Friends highly recommended the Hyatt Regency for its atmosphere, quality service and great fun. Our timing was perfect; we started with a workout in the gym followed by a swim. Next we headed to the Townsend where we bumped into Joseph the Executive Chef who suggested the thick cut pork chop. Delicious- the best I’ve had, the sauce was amazing. To our surprise the hotel had a movie theatre that was showing “Superman”. The next night the movie was the “Fantastic Four” After the movies we went to the bar where we had cocktails. As you would expect from a luxury hotel, the service was amazing. We were impressed with Suzie our server, for her knowledge, spot-on recommendations and good humor! To sum up our week at the Hyatt— great spot for a great time! Enjoy!!
