Outstanding brunch! Two of us shared the Toast and Yolks (crunchy and sweet), the Papas Bravas (tender and super flavorful) and the Thick Cut Bacon. Other restaurants may claim to have thick cut bacon, but Town Council delivered! Everything was absolutely fantastic, including the coffee and fresh-squeezed orange juice, as well as the service and atmosphere. I couldn’t believe it wasn’t busier, and our check was about $40 with some leftovers.

Went here for a work event and my husbands birthday. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Great service, waitress was knowledgeable attentive and kind. She even gave us some recommendations for other places to try for my foodie husband in the fox cities! Overall the food had great elements and layers of flavor, was cooked properly, and came out in a timely manner. The place is small and quaint but not overly loud. Craft cocktails were well developed .Would highly recommend to check out. Pricey but the quality of food and environment are well worth it.

So this place gets 100 stars, seriously good. I have traveled the world and have eaten in a lot of places and lots of countries. The food here is by far some of the best food I have ever had. The duck was cooked perfect, the pork belly flavors were unmatched subtle hint of sweetness and salty played very well together. The drinks are fantastic, the service was impeccable not a detailed missed. I would recommend this restaurant over and over again. We live 40 minutes away and I will now make this a regular place to eat. It is pricey but definitely worth every penny that you spend. A+ to the kitchen and the service staff you folk nailed every facet of a dining experience.

Some of the dishes we tried were home-runs, while others needed more balance of flavors. I thought the Duck Confit Ceasar was very well executed as well as the Duck Breat Entrée. The Pork Shank was cooked well, but the accompaniments didn’t do much to enhance the dish. The Smoked Cauliflower could have also had more flavor. I also found that a lot of common liquors were not available, and the substitutes were not very good.

2/3 update. Went back again and this time we sat at the bar. It was great to see how food is being prepared. Espresso martini was great. Mushroom Risotto was delicious. We had lamb stew and duck breast and both were just phenomenal! Definitely recommend this place and we will be going back soon!

Had date night with my husband and went to dinner at Town Council. The food was immaculate! Everything was cooked to perfection. Our server, Claire, was so lovely. We only wish the chairs were a little more comfortable, but they are doing the best with the space they are in! We don’t get to dine at Town Council often, but we look forward to it every time we do.

Twice I have ate here and twice it was the most delicious food I have ever eaten. The menu changes and there are items locally sourced, such as fresh mushrooms. The wait staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The chef obviously knows what they are doing and knows how to create the most fantastic dishes with more flavor than should be possible. It may be more expensive than other places, but it is by far worth it.

There was no part of the dining experience at Town Council we did not enjoy. Drinks were very good. Gnocchi appetizer was incredible. Food was amazing. We sat at the counter and watched them assemble everything. Chocolate bar dessert was yummy and the staff (Olivia) was super helpful and attentive. We will definitely become regulars.
