Great Staff, diverse population, great foods, and space to sit at the bar without being in front of a gaming machine. Separate dining area, clean large restrooms, pool table, darts, Fun atmosphere.

Came in for an early morning niners game place was empty was greeted by Amanda, she was a doll! I got the French toast eggs and potatoes for under $10 bucks with coffee can’t beat it. Good service and Amanda was very attentive. Will return.

Wasn’t that great. I don’t know what to say about it really. I got a burger that was $15 with tater tots on the side. It looked good but it just sort of tasted like grease. The tater tots also tasted like grease like the grease was old and there was just too much of it. I ate it anyways because I was hungry and I had to go back to work and I’d already paid for it. I put in some money to play video poker while I waited for the burger and lost 30 straight hands in a row. The probability of losing 30 hands straight in a row is pretty small. I wouldn’t play the machines here they are set to maximum loss. The food wasn’t bad enough to give a two star or a one star and I left not feeling especially unhappy but just not happy either. I would have much rather went to smashburger or In-N-Out or whataburger or any other burger place for the money.
The only plus here is I just know from now on not to go there.

I have lived next to this bar for 4 years, and have come in to play previously about 4-5 times. I never regularly came because it didn’t give off a homey vibe that your local bar should. I came in a little over a month ago when Heather was bartending and it changed completely. She made it feel like my local bar, and she is such a genuine and funny person. I now come here more often than the bar I was originally frequenting, and I am excited to bring my friends and family.

I also came while Courtney was bartending, and again, an amazing individual. It is so enjoyable coming here now!

I am kind of disappointed. I went in there for the first time on 10/01 and retrieved a rewards card. I was told that after 50 points I would get $20 free play. I got to 80 nothing happened I asked the new bartender she stated I had to get between 100-150 point then it will activate. I went back 10/4 to try once again to get the free play I was promised. I got to 150 and asked the same lady as before. She got sassy and said it’s between 100-150 and walked away didn’t even let me explain. Well the other bartender a nice lady came around to help the person next to me which who had just got his card and had his free play within 10 minutes. So I ask her why didn’t it light up she said I had to get 1000 points when I just watched the person next to me cash his points at 150. At that time my points where 220. She said to let her check again. Never got my name or card number came back and said it was redeemed the first day I was there but how if I didn’t redeem it. She said she would send it in for review and I will have from someone. It is 10/7 and I haven’t heard anything. That was false advertisement because according to my knowledge you win less when you play with a card. How is this ok. Who can I talk to besides the same lady who doesn’t even want to hear what I have to say. They made me waste 100 to not even get my free play. Someone please train them again to make sure they’re on the same page. This is false advertisement at its finest idk if it’s because I’m black but she didn’t like me from the first shift change on 10/01 and had an attitude when I said nothing but hi. This is how customer service in Las Vegas is though but how do you get help when customer service doesn’t even want to hear what you have to say?

Do not go here they need to retrain their workers on falsely promotions with their rewards card

Food is great, the pizza taste better than alot of the favorites out there, I compare it to Boston pizza but better! Chicken fingers are great as well. Friendly atmosphere! Miss the old machines.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS and have always loved the staff and the food, even when it has changed from one place to another. But the last two times I’ve been here have been TERRIBLE. The new bar tender (with red hair) is literally the worst. 10 minutes to even be recognized after coming in. Zero personality and the crowd just isn’t the same. I came on a Saturday around 730 and ended up leaving because it was so uncomfortable and had none of the same vibe I’ve seen before. I don’t know where the regular girl is but Courtney is not it. I honestly have loved this bar for years, and even through the restaurant and stuff changes was a loyal customer… but if this is how it’s going to be I’ll have to find somewhere else to go

There were seven of us who came in for lunch. Four of us ordered sandwiches I think three steak and I ordered the Italian sausage sandwich. It was the worst thing I’ve eaten a long time. The sausage was way over cooked. There was no sauce on it dry as hell and I didn’t get any french fries with it. It looked pretty disgusting and it tasted just like it look. The other sandwiches were the same way over cooked dry I had to ask for extra dressing or whatever they put on it. Pretty sad. They have this type of food for lunch especially when there was nobody in the restaurant, which probably was the first clue not to eat there. How can a chef or cook or McDonald’s cook? Screw up a sausage sandwich. Word of mouth is the best thing which you can kiss that goodbye here .
