Their policy is after 2pm bagels are half price, or so I thought. They said a dozen for $12 which is ok. So I thought I’d maybe get 6 for $6.50, they wanted to charge me $12.50 for 6 at full price when at 4:00 they throw them away. Makes zero sense to me but they obviously could care less about their customers
Steve in Plainview woulda done right by me for sure. So long Bellmore town bagel. You list a loyal customer !

Amazing!
So many choices, I can’t even begin to try and add all those details!!
Bagels are being brought out continuously, so you know they are fresh!
There are over 30 types of bagels, and a plethora of lox and other toppings.
Other options includes wraps, salads, paninis, and a kids menu.
Additionally, there are Wantagh, Bellmore and Plainview lunch sandwiches.
So many choices in such a neat and clean facility!
Despite the number of people there, the wait time was minimal – maybe 10 minutes in and out?
There was also a coffee bar as shown in one of my photos, along with other drink options ( we had drinks already, so I didn’t get any there).
Staff that took our order followed us through the process, which was kind of neat because based on the number of customers, they had to recognize us by the time we reached the checkout counter. Very nice!

The best bagels on Long island . Every thing is amazing and fresh. The people are nice, the owner remembers you every day. I have to force myself to NOT come in once a day. Even the iced coffee is perfection, nothing like a long island deli and this is THE Long Island deli

Workers don’t want to be there basically. And I saw a fly landed on a bagel inside window. So ordered a croissant instead. And they wanted to charge for butter too. Nothing special. Not coming back.

I love the bagels at Town bagel. They’re always fresh and delicious. If you stop in after 2 p.m. there is a deal on a dozen bagels for $8.99. You can’t beat that!! I bring them with me whenever I go on vacation to visit family in Florida or North Carolina. You can ask for freezer bags as well and freeze them . They taste just as delicious when they thaw out . There’s nothing like a New York Bagel

I was overcharged. 3 egg and cheese sandwiches, a bagel with cream cheese, a chicken cutlet on a roll. 2 vitamin water, small orange juice and small ice tea… 58 dollars!!! I asked her twice if it was right. She said yes. If I wasn’t overcharged than this place must be a rip-off! Also very unprofessional…

First of all I do love this place, this is my go to place for bagels, unfortunately every time I go there, there seems to be problems with flies inside the cabinets where the bagels are. EVERYTIME. I spoke to I believe he was owner at one time, and he brushed me off, I mention it to the counter person and they brush me off as well, Its like hurry up your holding up the line. Next time I will take picture and post it. Please fix this issues, I do love the bagels and i do want to come back, but the way you brush me off I dont think you want me back. Need better system for people who just want to purchase bagels, they end up waiting a long time.

As Queens transplants our standards are high but these bagels are great and so is the kitchen. We come weekly to pick up an order for 5 people: from omelettes to jalapeño tuna salad, the food is delicious and the orders always accurate. We used to eat inside but since COVID we are picking up which is amazing because you skip the long line.
