I absolutely love the chuzo dezgranado from here. I have had both chicken and beef, but I personally prefer the chicken. The chicken seasoning never disappoints! My son always orders the hot dogs which he loves. If you are craving Colombian street food go here.

This place used to be good, but now the service is terrible. On our last two visits, we ended up leaving without food. About a month ago, we were told their microwave wasn’t working, so they couldn’t reheat the “bollo” for the “desgranado.” Today, they didn’t have chicken. What’s worse is their complete unwillingness to accommodate guests. When something isn’t available, they don’t make the slightest effort to offer alternatives and simply let customers walk out.

This placed used to be so good. The service was great and the food was amazing. I’m not sure if maybe they changed owners or what happened, but during my last visit I left without my food. We waited for our order for over 45 minutes. We asked how much longer it would be and I was told they still had a few orders ahead of mine. We were also told they had ran out of meat, which was what we had ordered. We asked for a refund since we couldn’t wait any longer (keep in mind this is supposed to be a fast food place) and they told us we needed to wait for the owner, so we just waited for another 15 minutes. The owner was RUDE and CONDESCENDING, and not once did he apologize or offer a resolution. He even told me I could go ahead and write a bad review if I wanted to, so here I am. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

In response to your response: If that was true, why didn’t the staff communicate to us that the food was ready? We were starving and would have gladly eaten it. If that was true, why didn’t the staff communicate to us that they did have meat for our order? Very weird. Also, why don’t you deny publicly that you were rude or condescending? Why don’t you deny that an apology or resolution was not offered to the client? Why don’t you deny you asked me to write this review? You were so angry working on the refund that your hand was even shaking lol. Look at your reviews, I am not the only one sharing a similar experience. But that’s fine, continue running your business this way, I’m sure you’ll do great lol.

Food taste great but the arepa mix cost $20 and it was super small. Not worth getting an arepa from there. I am a arepa connoisseur and from all the arepas I had in my life from different food trucks this one was the worst especially in the price.
