I was enchanted by this bakery. The croissant smell when you walk in sets the tone. You grab a tray and tongs, load up on whatever savory and sweet bakes suit your tastes. I grabbed a curry croquette, cheese croque monsieur, yuzu pie, egg custard tart, a hot chocolate and a cappuccino to share with my crew. The barista and server were delightful. The place was packed! Everyone was having a great time!

Very bright and welcoming decor. Counter service is very efficient. The star of course is the baked goods — croissant, croquette, pastry, cakes, and more. Nice coffee & tea too. Well worth a visit now and again, we will most certainly be back.

Love the self-serve model, but more importantly, the baked goods are incredible. Best I’ve had outside of NYC or Europe. I bought a wide variety and ate them over the course of a week, and while they were all good (plain croissant, Nutella croissant, strawberry and whipped cream croissant, guava pastry), the best were the lemon DONUTS and the TARO TOAST PASTRY. If you’ve never had it before, tarot is like a sweet potato, but better. At this place, they make a yummy but not overly sweet frosting out of it and put it between what look like wheat rolls, but what are really French toast pastry. Absolutely delicious. Would eat everyday for breakfast if I could! That said, skip the kimchi roll. Unremarkable. But don’t skip the stuffed cookies in the individual packages by the door! Worth every bite.

First time at this cute cafe! I like that it is self serve but does make me wonder how long the pastries are allowed to sit out. I did see some of the staff bringing out fresh pastries so that’s a good sign haha. I got one of the hot pastries in the warmer but it didn’t stay warm for very long. It was tasty. I also got a vanilla creme filled donut which was absolutely delicious. The filling is very light and I like the sugar garnished on the outside. Worth every bite. The atmosphere and design is very nice and welcoming.

Tous les Jours was a unique experience that I loved. All the pastries I had were absolutely delicious. I felt like I wasn’t in my hometown when I entered because of how differently the bakery is set up. There are beautiful pastries EVERYWHERE. I swear they have the BEST Croissants I’ve ever eaten. I highly recommend this location for the experience alone. So very tasty! Give the place a try.

St. Louis needs more bakeries like this. Reading other people’s reviews, it seems they are not used to this style of ‘self serve’ and are not a fan. If you ever got to Korea or Japan, this is very common for bakeries.
I got ham and cheese croissant, curry bread, danish spinach, and an egg tart. All of it was super tasty and I got some items to go.
Worth giving it a shot. Prices are reasonable.

I love this Tous Les Jours location! The store is beautiful, clean, and so inviting. They have a much wider variety of pastries and breads compared to other places, and everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. Their matcha drinks are also amazing — so rich and flavorful. Highly recommend!✨

When this bakery and coffee shop opened the pastry was good and the place unique. They came out of the gate with plenty of staff and did a decent (5/10) job on the checkout & service side. Due to crowds, not unusual for a new place, it could be understood that they would need some time to get their act together, train everyone, and provide appropriate service (check-out and drink prep).
Unfortunately, the product quality seems to have declined and they never gotten their act together from the perspective of Service. I’ve been to both this location and their location in Manchester, Missouri and both are abysmal in terms of getting in and out. Forget it if you want to get a drink quickly it’s not going to happen. On a day where there might be any traffic you should be prepared to stand in the line (see attached photo).
With regards to the pastries, they’re not ridiculous, but they certainly aren’t inexpensive. The system is set up for you to do self service. Suffice to say that in cold and flu season this is not ideal.
We wanted Tous Les Jour to be great. For some reason, we lack wonderful bakery throughout most of St. Louis. We also have no or few places in many areas to go for a dessert and warm drink if you’re out on an adventure or date.
Fortunately, we are getting more and more privately owned coffee, shops. Several are putting out delicious coffee and drinks and we are making our way to new ones every week to try them out and put up reviews of them. Unfortunately, thus far we’ve not found a single one that has good, reasonably priced, pastries, or dessert, AND delicious beverages.
The hunt continues. If you’re in University city in the loop, you might want to try this yourself and make your own judgment. We won’t be recommending this place to our friends and followers.

This place is so cool and neat. We got so many things to try and it was all yummy! Everything was fresh! The service great and they were very helpful. Finding a seat could be a tad difficult, just because they are popular but there are plenty of seating. Today was my birthday and this was a great way to spend it.

As a huge fan of Asian bakeries, I have to say this place truly delivered on all fronts. Every single item I tried was delicious, and I was impressed by the sheer variety they offered, especially given the very reasonable prices. You absolutely must try the cheddar croissant , it’s outstanding , and the blueberry croissant is simply spectacular. The atmosphere is also wonderfully pleasant, making it a place I’ll happily return to again and again.
