This Tous Les Jours is my favorite one. It’s so big and beautiful compared too the others I’ve been to in Boston. There’s ample room to sit and study or socialize, it’s very clean and open, and most importantly, the customer service is amazing. I tend to find the other locations borderline unfriendly. This one is super friendly and accommodating. I ordered a cake for my sons birthday, and it was so seamless. The food here is also really yummy. Highly recommend this location.

Tous Les Jours is a chain of Asian bakeries with many locations across the Boston area. We stopped in to get cakes for a party, and there was a decent selection, but less than other locations.
The place is spacious with a lot of seating, and has decent bread options available, but at the time some of the hot items weren’t available. It is a good place to stop by for a quick snack or to get a drink.

I had two of the cream filled donuts. Unfortunately they were not fully cooked, I was still able to see some raw dough. I could not eat these at all. Sad to say the rating is because of that.

We went there with a group of friends (12 in total), and the selection of cakes was incredible. Each one tasted amazing—light, flavorful, and not too sweet. We got a cake, and they provided everything we needed: candles (which they lit for us), plates for everyone, and even a cake cutter. We’re definitely going back and highly recommend it!

This location has the yummiest tiramisu matcha latte! I also like the honey lavender matcha latte too. There’s a lot of space and enough seating for everyone most of the time. The pastries and cakes are also good and not too sweet.

Horrible service and communication. Called the store to pick up a cake and asked if it would be possible for them to make a placard saying Happy Birthday. Lady on the phone said yes absolutely and I could just place an online order. When I came in, I was informed that it actually wasn’t possible and that the lady I had spoken to had gone home and the entire kitchen had gone home without completing my request beforehand. If I hadn’t checked the box, I wouldn’t have even realized they didn’t even have the decency to at least add on the extremely small chocolate piece that says “Happy Birthday.” Managed to get a refund, but the service was incredibly unhelpful. Everyone just looked bored and confused (?) and bothered by the fact that my order was incorrect. Barely even got a sorry.

Thank you, Tous Les Jours, for coming to Newton!!!! We don’t need to drive to Burlington or Natick for your pastries anymore. My kids love the milk cream bread, perfect for an early morning breakfast or afternoon treat. The store is huge, and you can chill there for a cup of coffee and a yummy cake. Staffs are friendly. I love this place!!!

Enjoyed trying some French pastry eventhough not a big fan of chain caffes. They had more choices than the resturant I visited in Massachusetts. Nice place to hang out too. It is in China town with many other restaurants around.

I live nearby but have never loved this place (mediocre coffee, indifferent service), but now I’ve officially written it off because I’ve walked by the place multiple times in the evening and seen mice running around inside. While I recognize that mice are likely to appear in most dining places from time to time, I’ve seen them multiple evenings out in the open in the dining room. If a mouse problem is that visible and that frequent, it means it’s gotten *really* bad in the parts we cannot see. Beware!

Nice and clean bakery wide variety of baked goods they could work on improving the flavor for sure. The service was not the great experience it was my first visit and I am waiting at the pastry display and none of the workers has the courtesy to tell me it is self service and the trays are on the other side it looks like they are waiting for Google to show where the trays are on Google map. The coffee was good but not sure if I will stop again I think it is a good alternative to Starbucks
