This place in the past was amazing, but with the new owners you can see and taste the difference. They don’t do refills as in you have to buy another $3 drink, and when it’s like 100 degrees outside The inside atmosphere is hot like they’re not using the AC. And the place is falling apart and not very clean. I’ve seen this restaurant change owners 3 other times in over 30 years. This is definitely the worst it’s been.

I’ve gone to this place years My food was GARBAGE. The egg fried rice was so dry it seemed like it was 2 days old the chicken wings were dry from yesterday evening. When I asked for 2 bags because I had 2 separate orders she sucked her teeth like I was asking for a free side of soup. Uhhhh… what happened I don’t know, but the food is normally really good. 4th of July…I thought I would enjoy myself for the holiday. Normally, I have a good experience eating here..however, the young lady on the register, had an attitude from HELL!. I (believe this is the owner’s daughter) The lady/ owner, that essentially runs the restaurant/ takes orders, has NEVER presented herself in this manner. This young lady(Chubby one with the ponytail) should never be on the front lines serving anyone! She has dirt poor customer service skills, frown on her face, like she’s doing the public a favor. Putting her on your register will chase all your business away. I always get the same thing: Lunch Special: Chicken wings with Shrimp Fried Rice.. usually good. However I will think twice if she is ever there taking any orders!

I am a long time customer but I will never go back. My daughter and I went for dinner inside. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and she ordered orange chicken and she paid. I then ordered separately 2 sweet teas. I got the teas then waited for our dinners. The lady gave us 2 orange chicken combos in a bag. I sat down, opened the bag to find the mistake. I took it back to the counter and she said I ordered that. She didn’t take the food order, a younger girl took the food order. They refused to fix it so I don’t have dinner tonight. Terrible business practices. I have never ordered orange chicken in my life. She was so rude about their mistake.

Usually food is great I eat here twice a week I ordered off line an item based on the picture when I received food and asked for what was in the picture same name I was told that they had no web site and it was pretty much my fault I did insist they replace my dish with something I new I would like. got a pork lo mein combo with fried rice and eggroll. Will never go back. Fried rice was plain brown rice with a tiny piece of egg white in it. Lo mein had tiny pieces of burnt pork (if you could find them) and 2 or 3 hidden vegetables. Brought it home and added vegies, eggs and seasoning in the “fried rice”. Same with the spaghetti noodles in the lo mein. Egg roll had nothing to brag about either.
