and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible server, G! From the moment we sat down, G was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He had great recommendations, checked in at just the right moments, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal.
What really stood out was G’s attention to detail and warm personality. He went above and beyond to make our experience special, and it truly made a difference. If you’re dining at Touken , I highly recommend asking for G—you won’t be disappointed!

Arrived around 6:30pm on a Sunday and it was completely empty. There were so many options to pick from. I can remember every roll but everything was delicious and they give plenty of protein on them. Calamari was huge. We were so happy to have a great local spot like this.

I cannot even put into WORDS how increíble the dinning experience is in this place. this is affordable and GOOD quality food. i’ve eaten sushi all my life, traveled to literally Japan to eat all of the sushi, New York sushi, name it, i’ve been. this place’s food quality is incredible and such an excellent sushi for what you pay. The service is outstanding, Amanda helped us out. She is incredible, she was coming to make sure we were okay at all times and recommending the BEST choices. There are vegan and vegetarian options as well!
