We loved this place. The highlight was the young lady singing opera. She was amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful. We had pizza, which was delicious. We were surprised that the Quotro pizza had only single toppings on each quarter. Service was excellent, very professional. If you want great Italian, I recommend to visit Toto’s.

The Italian food in this city continues to impress, so add Toto’s to the list. After a couple of missed opportunities, we finally made it in, and let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint.
The service was excellent all around, and the food picks we ordered were all on target. Our order came fast, fresh, and tasty. A nice change from the long waits we’ve been experiencing lately.
In short, it was a great first visit. and plan to make many more in the future.

Had the tortellini it was so good. Our bruschetta never came out which was a shock to our waiter, but we were pleasantly full, didn’t need it, and they removed it from the bill no problem. They had an amazing singer performing as well. The golf carts driving by interfered with the vibe a bit but they controlled what they could! Would recommend to anyone.

worth a visit! hub & i enjoyed our meal at Totò, our server Angel was very hospitable, very patient with our attempt to speak Spanish. (though he speaks English fluently). the complimentary foccacia was delicious. calamari fresh & hot, just right chewiness inside crunchy exterior. cocktails were on point. hubs penne vodka was solid, the garlic in my spaghetti aglio y olio was just on the verge of being top toasted. if I was more of a snob and spoke Spanish better I might have made a comment. but it was fine, not great just fine.

the only downside to this amazing place is the next door restaurant’s noise. The food, the drinks and the atmosphere are great. We dined here twice in the 10 days we were in Maz.

What a delightful find in Mazatlan. We were here for an overnight and found this place on the way back from the (emergency) dental visit. Flavorful, fresh pasta and delightful salads! I wish the gnocchi had a bit of acid to cut the fat, but that may just be personal preference. Get a good bottle of Mexican Red. You won’t regret it!
