I ordered a surprise bag from Too Good to Go and when I went to pick up my order it was pulled right from the stock at the counter. I was given a choice of either 7 bagels or 4 bagels and a cream cheese. I chose the latter. The cream cheese is to die for and the bagels are so soft. 10/10 recommend

This used to be the place for the best bagels! We went on Saturday to get some for vacation, it was $50 for 2 dozen bagels and an 8oz container of veggie cream cheese. I thought the price was steep but like I said, these USED to be the best bagels. Not anymore. I’m so disappointed, the bagels are small and flat, seemed stale and don’t have that good chewy, bagel flavor. The cream cheese wasn’t as good as it used to be. It was all just extremely disappointing and incredibly overpriced. I know things have gone up in price and I truly do not mind paying for quality but I could get a better bagel at Wawa honestly. They don’t even give a bakers dozen. We’ll be sticking to Bagelati or the Bagel Cafe.

Prices are too high for the quality. And it’s not very clean in there. This place used to be sooooooo much better. The bagels were all flat! Someone screwed up but they are still serving them to customers. Crazy! And the crew that was there this morning (Friday, 4/28/23) @ 11am-ish were horrible. Laughing and carrying on…. seemed like 2 older foreign women and a curly haired fella with glasses trying to be flirtatious with each other. Loudly. Being unprofessional and inappropriate…. talking about poisoning customers with dirty unwashed hands. Needing showers, etc. Yuck. Very strange behavior, especially for a food establishment. And none of the bagels I ordered were toasted as requested. Not one of them. Won’t come back. There is the new Bagelry near Costco and K&A on Rte 70. No need to patronize this place anymore. Do better!

In my opinion this place has gone downhill. The service I’ve received the past 2 times I’ve been in was horrendous. I went in today and ordered a bagel sandwich w/tuna, lettuce and tomato. The cashier was not trained in how to make sandwiches, and apparently the man in charge of that was on the phone for over 10 minutes as I waited. The owner hesitated in fulfilling my order as well as another order, but eventually she reluctantly made our sandwiches. The cashier was very apologetic but the owner seemed to think nothing of making customers wait.

Haven’t been here in awhile & I’m wondering if it’s under new management. The bagels were nowhere near as good as they always were. I placed an order for a party. Literally, every person asked me if I got them from somewhere else.. I always used Bagel Spot. Higher prices for lesser quality now. I won’t go there anymore. So disappointed. Loved this place.

I love being able to get fresh homemade bagels. However, whenever I ask for the bagel to be toasted, It never is. I would prefer if the people behind the counter would make a recommendation when the bagel is fresh hot out of the oven that toasting isn’t ideal.
