Maybe I was starving. Maybe I was drunk. Ya.. I didn’t eat all day and had a few. Tot Vietamnoms is a modern styled fast food joint. Pho is street food after all. I went in for the Pho, and I got the thin cut beef. I will tell you what, It was the delicious, pick up the bowl and drink the broth GOOD!! Maybe I did spice it up good with a little (1 tbs) fish sauce and 5 limes. Augmented to my taste, but very YUMMY. My eyes was bulging it was good..
I give it 5 stars but had to take one for the environment. IMHO very fast food-ish style, meh. I was looking for pho dac biet. Not on the menu, probably not a popular choice for the general public. Low on the meat, and what was there was like eating kibble. And an ample but brow rousing condiment bar, fast food-ish.
Its good, if you know what to expect, Great if you don’t really know. But meh for me… but I did pick up and drink from my bowl. It was good and yummy..
Edit: I visited again 2 weeks later. The broth was rich in flavor, stands out as one of the best. Condiment bar allows me to add more cilantro, scallion and jalapeno. Portion size a low. Kibble meat is low as I am use to having a full piece of meat in almost every bite. No change in rating..

Awesome place to have traditional Pho noodles. Loved the chicken broth with spicy sauces.

We were looking for a Vietnamese place, and google delivered. Food is very fresh, flavorful. Kids loved the chicken pho & skewers; I had the flash seated steak with roasted garlic – so tender & spices just right. The broth is cooked with care & time; you can tell when you taste it. Owner is very kind. Nicely decorated space too. Busy on a Friday night = good sign! We will be back.

I’m kind of a sucker for pun names. That gold star aside I really enjoyed the over all environment. It was open with some community seating but individual seating as well. Adding to the open feel it is also simply designed. No fancy furniture, no attention grabbing decor, just simple butcher block tables and chairs. Order. Eat. Go.
The food was great! I ordered the Goi Cuon (Fresh Spring Rolls) to start, and the Banhmi w/ Heo (noodle dish with pork). The Goi Cuon was tasty though tiny. The size of the rolls were comparable to a roll of dimes. Not really a gripe, just a little thrown off. The Banhmi was the star for me. The smokey flavor of the grilled pork on the rice noodles and mixed with the fresh bean sprouts, carrot and lettuce was very refreshing. Then I threw on some hoisin sauce and some house made hot sauce to really set the dish off.
Bottom line: the food was really tasty. The environment was open, inviting and purpose designed. Throw in friendly staff and you got a great place to get a bite to eat.

I’ve eaten here twice now and they never fail to deliver amazing food with fast and friendly service. I had the pork combun bo and the chicken bahn mi. Both are fantastically flavorful. I’m taking my boyfriend there later today so he can love it too!

First time experience eating Pho. Absolutely delicious and a comfortable atmosphere in which to eat. The staff all made me feel welcomed and wanted to be sure I had a positive experience. Will eat here again!

Awesome Pho. I have it at other places and none of them compare to here. Other places either cannot flavor the meat properly so when you add the liquid it removes the flavor. Or the broth itself is so bland and that it doesn’t add any flavor of its owm.

We think it is really good food. The pho(a) soup is excellent. I typically order the bun and pay the extra 2 bucks to make it a bowl.

The pho comes in hugeeee portion. Beef shank pho rocks with the tender&melting meat. Eggplant salad is a great surprise. Just wish the soup could be more flavorful.

First time eating here and they were very welcoming. We asked for recommendations and they were more than happy to help. They then checked on us after we got our food to make sure we were satisfied. Give it a try!
