The parking lot is big enough. The location is good and the hours are great for a late night dinner. Unfortunately the food has had some changes done to it and it’s noticeable not in a good way in my case. The salsas recipe has been altered and specifically the green salsa doesn’t taste as good as it used to. The enchiladas nortenas use to have an option of instead of cheese to make them from bistec and for some odd reason I asked on several occasions that I have came if I can get them and the answer has been “No “ the closest thing I can get is the meat on top of the enchiladas nortenas. So I guess for now it will do until I find a new spot

Worse customer service, a month ago I went and I got charged twice for $3 tacos and a drink. Manager charged me in 2 different machines, called him like 4 times and he told me it will take a week to get refund. Never did I get it, paid $40 for 3 tacos. Manager was denying it at first but I showed him my bank statement multiple times.
A month later I go back and place an order at 8:13am so I can just pass by and pick it up, at 8:40am my order is not ready yet and everyone just walking around giving me theirs back, with 2 customers in the restaurant. Doing absolutely nothing, not even greeting ppl. Doing absolutely nothing just standing. I go up to the host and ask her for my order and she tells me, it’s not ready yet. I had 10 min to get to work. My order takes 8 min more, and I asked “where’s my drink?” She said oh let me go make it!!! I called at 8:13 am to just pick up my order and no one can see me standing there, on top of that my order has not even been made. So frustrating. I wanted to give them a second chance but it’s horrible. Stay away unless you want to get ripped over and upset over customer service.

One of the places we for sure come once a week. My family and I enjoy coming here. I’ll admit o e of the reasons I never hesitated coming here is because the previous manager, Deyanira, didn’t allow musicians come in. I loved that I was able to chat with my family peacefully while enjoying a nice meal. Not like that now. I’m here on a Sunday hasnt been 40 minutes and 3 different musicians have been here. My waitress couldn’t even take our order correctly and kept apologizing cause it was way too loud and we ate in silence cause what was the point trying. So here I am writing this review.

The ambiance was colorful and lively! The service was friendly and very attentive. The food was good, however, my tostada (one of their staples) seemed to have processed guacamole as opposed to the naturally made one which lowered my food satisfaction. Regardless, I’d still return!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! They are just on their phone!! You come in and the girls working in front already look mad!! IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT IN STEAD OF SCARING CUSTOMERS AWAY!! They can’t even be bothered to give you the food you already paid for and when you do ask they just laugh at you!! Been coming here since I was a kid but now the service is so bad I go to a different location!!

The food here is amazing. I always have a hard time deciding on what to order because I want everything. My absolute favorite however are the enchiladas norteńas but all their food is always fresh and delicious. I live in The Woodlands area but always make it a point to stop and eat here when I’m in the area.

I went on my lunch break. Was very excited because it’s been a while since I had a tostada. Get there, made my order, the 3 tostada chicken Nortenitas, I asked instead of putting the guacamole on the tostadas, could they put it on the side because it has onions. They told me it would cost extra to get it on side.. (ok that’s fine) waited almost 15 minutes to get order. Back at work about to get my food, the tostada shells are stale, and the guacamole doesn’t taste like guacamole, it tastes and looks like a green chili sauce. I must say that I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied. I really wanted to enjoy my food. My total was $17.28 including the $3.99 I was charged for the side guacamole, that wasn’t guacamole It’s not the one on Airline.

I have always enjoyed this restaurant for its great food and excellent service. Unfortunately, that changed this morning. The menu listed the wrong price for the banana shake (as confirmed by the waitress and the manager, Analiz). When I politely brought this to their attention, the manager responded with an unfriendly—if not outright rude—attitude. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism and an apology, she directed her frustration toward both me and the waitresses.
This experience was very disappointing and surprising, given that this restaurant has been known for its customer service. I truly hope they can improve their approach to handling mistakes in the future, but for now, I will not be returning to this location.

This is a small restaurant. It has too many tables. We are a huge family of 9 and felt super tight in our spot. Waitresses were passing closely by us and it felt uncomfortable. Good was ok. It took a long time for chips and salsa and also our drinks . I will say that everything we ordered looked exactly the same as the pictures in the menu .
