I tried this place out for the first time and it was delicious. I had the shrimp bowl. TodayI ordered the southern smokey. It is supposed to have steak in it but was made with chicken. Still pretty good. Disapointed I did not have my steak.

Food was fine but they have a Monday special for $9.99 right above the ad to order online, and told me it was an in-store only special when I asked about it. So I paid full price for doing what they advised me to do. Also, I paid $2.49 for one extra slice of naan which is already a lot for naan, and got a half slice. That is NOT what the menu picture of it shows. Food was fine. They were quite nice, but…prices and order fulfillment not so much.

I have been going to Tossgreen for years because of where I work. They used to be good, but every single time I order now, they get something wrong, and I always say I won’t go back but inevitably end up back there when I’m desperate for something healthier or fresher than the very few other options nearby. Today was the last straw though. I have been a vegetarian for 28 years. I ordered caesar wraps for my coworker and myself; hers with chicken, mine with tofu. Not only did they PILE hers with chicken and give me two tiny measly scoops of tofu, but then they upcharged me ($2 on top of the already overpriced wrap) for it. Now sometimes I understand an upcharge if an ingredient is more expensive or if they have to go out of their way to do something differently but tofu is definitely cheaper than chicken and all they do is scoop. Ridiculous. Then I made sure they clarified which wrap was chicken and which was tofu. Got back to my office and started eating, and the wrap that they WROTE tofu on the outside of was actually chicken. I’m now (without gory details) physically sick, my coworker went down to let them know about the mistake and all they did was remake the wraps. I don’t usually expect refunds or credits or whatever else, but this mistake was absolutely unacceptable and we should have gotten SOMEthing for them doing something to make a person sick. I’ve been hoping for so long for this place to shut down and a better place like Cava or Vale to open there instead, but although I guess I’m stuck with them, I actually will never go back this time.

Awesome place for lunch with healthy alternative meals and drinks. They offer varieties of salads, wraps and bowls of lunch meals. I highly recommends kale krisp with spicy chicken on lime cilantro dressings. Sunshine Shrimp is my second best with Thai peanut and lime cilantro.
Their drinks selections are awesome as well. From good old reliable water, to drinks with fruit juices flavors and bottled drinks.
