Not sure why, but at around 10PM or so, this restaurant wasn’t taking any mobile orders. Ordered chicken nuggets and asked for sweet and sour sauce. Didn’t get any. By the time we noticed, it was too late, we had already gotten settled in our hotel.

Quite rude. Not the first time I’ve experienced this here. If it wasn’t on a route I was forced to drive routinely, I would not come to this location at all.
They will frequently, regardless of time of day ask you to park while they sort out orders or other technical difficulties.
The whole purpose of a drive thru is to get through quickly. As I write this, all eleven (11) stalls are full of people waiting for food.

I cannot believe how DISGUSTING the inside of this McDonald’s was. I popped in just to have my kids play in the indoor play place between practices and I was absolutely appalled. Chairs were missing. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in weeks. The tables were filthy. I had to wipe down our table and all our chairs. In the 30 minutes we were there I didn’t see a single worker cleaning. I didn’t dare let my 1 year old walk around on that floor. I’m sure the inside of the play structure was nasty too. And the food was cold. Overall I would not come back! Oh also they don’t have a code for the bathroom it’s just locked?? So every time a kid needs to use the bathroom you have to wait in line for them to unlock it. If you do come, bring your own wipes and hand sanitizer.

We’ve been sitting in curbside pick up for over 27 minutes for a drink and some fries. My kids were screaming in the car just waiting. This is absolutely ridiculous. After waiting 27 mins they forgot the drink!! Worst McDonalds ever and thats saying a lot.

My go to McDonald’s. I really like going only when dolphina is there she keeps this place spotless . When she’s there I have a clean table to eat on and play area is clean for the kids unfortunately I noticed when she’s not there it can be very dirty . She deserves a raise !!!

Not only my pancakes are a mess, they also didn’t put my jam and ketchup. I also ordered via mobile app, to save time yet when I get there I was asked to go around and wait for my meal, what’s the purpose of ordering ahead of time? To wait more time when you get there?

Every time I have came to this location something is wrong with my order. Even after being parked, which happens most times my order is still incorrect. This time they asked at the window what the order was, looked in the bag and still gave me the wrong stuff.

Normally this McDonald’s is pretty decent, but I always order and round egg on a biscuit. Today they gave it to me in a tray separate and it’s pretty hard to drive and put it all together and I didn’t have time to stop so I thought. I told him just to slap it together for me, but they made me wait and now they’re punishing me because everyone else is getting their food and I am still waiting . Apparently, they decided to punish me for asking them to fix it the right way. It was already cooked. All they had to do was put it together. I never touched it.

This McDonald’s sucks really bad when there many people. There staff is also very rude so becareful how you approached them. My dad and a couple of my freind will never go back to mcdonals for those reason. Plus there way to many homeless people around there.
