I like Fabelas for it’s food and homemade like Tortillas. However, the people seem rude. They will give you what you ask for but it’s definitely not a happy environment when they roll thier eyes and make you feel like they hate thier job and don’t want to be there and probably wish you weren’t either. They probably don’t care if you come back or not. Nothing like friendly smiles or just a happy environment, but you’re not going to find that here. Food is good, so just grab it and go, people there are moody.

Stopped by before work and considering it was just 1 item (chorizo burrito) was given the wrong order. Id understand if it was mega packed but bout 6 other cars in the lot. Tortillas not fully cooked and cold as well. Very disappointing

Love it till i had Worst experience ever their barbacoa was bad .. smelled really bad i told the lady that it was bad she refused to recognized the bad smell . I didnt wanna make a scene so i just walked out i wouldnt have post this but she did not recignized the issue.

Stopped here after work today, had never been here but was told by a friend that food here was good. It was better than good it was great! Alot of restaurants here in midessa claim authentic but its a huge difference between texmex and real authentic Mexican flavor, well fabela has it. The spices and most importantly the flavor! The tortillas are huge and they load them up. Fabela’s just got a new frequent customer. I highly recommend
