Great Mexican restaurant in the Newberry. Already a Mexican food lover then the food is great. If you want to try the Mexican food then you are in right spot. It is very spacious, clean and well maintained. Nevermind if you want to be on game day because there are plenty of big screens. Also good selection of drinks and food can make you perfect. The service is also great with courtesy and reasonable timing. Not too much wait time and cool ambiance makes it perfect for enjoying food. They also have carry out, so you can preorder and grab or order and take away! Most important they have free chips and salsa!!

My coworker and I went out for lunch and had never visited Tex Mex – and we will return. The place is newer but I think even if it had been around a while would still be the extremely clean restaurant that makes dinning more enjoyable. The staff worked well together and were genuinely friendly and happy to sedate serve and by the looks of the food, cook for us. The food came quickly, we ordered just before noon on a Thursday and was great. My coworker is not vegetarian but tried the Avacado bowl and said it was full of flavor and she did not even notice a lack of meat. I tried the fajitas was also thought there was a lot of flavor, without overdoing any spice. I would love to go back after work or on a weekend to enjoy the outdoor porch or watch a game at the bar. This was our first visit to Tortillas and it did not disappoint. Chips were warm and fresh, salsa was great. We both had chicken fajitas and they were great! Frozen margarita was great too! Edward was our server and he was attentive and pleasant.

We really enjoyed our first meal here. The steak quesadilla was fresh and delicious. Meat comes from the local butcher next door. Chicken fajitas were so good! Quick and friendly service from Edward . We looking forward to coming back again soon.

Absolutely the Best tacos I’ve ever had hands down. We found the place on accident and what a wonderful accident it was because our whole Family agreed it’s our favorite restaurant ever! We live forty five minutes away,and it’s worth every minute. Edward wow, what a great server! Attentive with a great personality ,and customer service. The manager even came by to see how we were doing. I’m not going to say who,but SOMEONE said they might cry because it was so good. Ok I know this seems over the top but try it for yourself and prove me wrong. Five stars!!!

Absolutely phenomenal and friendly service to introduce us. Throughout the entire stay, our server, Mr Edward, was extremely enthusiastic, helpful, and polite and once the food came out, we immediately knew this place deserved as much praise as possible. Food was fantastic and so was our server. Overall would most definitely come back to this establishment.

We love to try different restaurants near us, and this delicious restaurant was 2 towns over from us. The restaurant is very light and airy and not like most Tex-Mex places. They have indoor and nice size outdoor sitting available. The salsa was thick and had a nice kick, and chips were a large size for better scooping. We started with the Tex-Mex egg rolls they were crispy and delicious. Hubby went for the Trio Fajitas, loved the steak, and shrimp. He said chicken needed a little more spice but still liked it. The guacamole was fresh, chunky, and awesome. I had the sofrito chicken and rice the platter was enormous.I had to get a to go box. The chicken was seasoned with a nice spice mix. I also tried a glass of their red sangria it was very good. We were too full for dessert, but I listed their options for you to see. The strawberry tostada looked good. We will definitely be back to try some more of their wonderful dishes.

Eddie was a great server and very friendly. Authentic Chips and guacamole, and salsa were fantastic. We had a short time windo to eat, but we will be back for dinner. Great Margaritas and Paolomas too! The Southwest eggs rolls are a must!
