Social Profile:

Since 1948 the Adamson family has been proud to serve only the highest quality ingredients. Adamson’s USDA Prime Rib French dip is our specialty. Rubbed with a secret spice blend and slow roasted in a genuine wood-fired oven. It’s real and it’s rustic, it’s about cooking authentically with wood. The hiss of the smoke and the crackle of the fire as the meat roasts is the way it was meant to be. We’re all about honest, made from scratch goodness. It’s about tradition and producing the very best quality.

Casual sandwich shop specializes in French dips with oven-roasted beef plus microbrewed root beers.

Haven’t had a French dip sandwich in ages so had one here today.

All in all it was fine, never had many so probably was one of the better ones I’ve had.

Very small store though so packs easily, pricing wise they are a bit steep for today’s market, I wouldn’t frequent them at these prices but would visit occasionally.

I had the brisket, and it was delicious. The newt was tender and juicy and well flavored. The BBQ sauce didn’t overwhelm the flavor of the meat. The bum was a perfect addition to an all around great sandwich. The onion rings were delicious too with just the right amount of crunch and flavor.

Its not bad, but it isn’t going to blow your mind. Would I eat here again? Maybe but the price is rather high for a sandwich. IMHO I rather pay ten dollars more and just get a prime rib lunch/dinner.

Would I come back? Yes – but to try something else.

The French dip was ~fine~. Good quality, tender meat, but very bland. They have a sign on the wall saying it is high quality corn-fed beef in case that matters to you.

The onion rings were good. My friend got the fries and they were good. The bread pudding was good – not THAT flavorful (despite their Jack Daniel’s Bourbon sauce) and more on the gooey side of bread pudding. The homemade root beer was good. All in all, a good place to eat but not very exciting.

We saw the employees trim the meat and throw away (!!) the outside layer with all the spices. Isn’t that the best part? Certainly would have made the sandwich less bland.

I’d like to try the beef brisket or tri-tip when I come back. I don’t think I’d recommend the French dip just because it was underwhelming. If you do get the French dip, maybe spend the extra 50 cents to add cheese, jalapeños or onion.

Place has great food and service, but building is a little small for alot of people. Has a few tables inside and a few outside. Food and service is outstanding a must try spot. They make their own root beer and its delicious.

Prime Rib French Dip sandwich. Roasted thin and juicy slices of prime rib on buttery bread. It comes with a savory dip, but, it’s not needed! Well worth every penny of the close to 15 dollar price per sandwich. Order a in house root beer to wash it down.

Order online for quick and fast service. Hand sanitizers available. Plenty of parking.

I ordered take out ahead of time online and it was ready once I arrived! Service was super fast and the French dip was delicious. Ordered the top sirloin and the melt sandwich- both were super yummy! I think it is slightly pricey since the sandwiches are a tad small but is worth a try!

This place used to rock about 7-10 years ago, today, not so much.

They obviously have trimmed down the portion sizes and as many have reported, you’d be lucky to get a quarter pound of meat for $20. I found my “prime” French dip yesterday to be quite salty and cooked beyond belief. Not sure why one can’t get it medium rare or medium. I think the quality has gone way downhill.

A “prime” rib dip combo will set you back $32.

Had a chance to stop by since it’s been on my list of places to try and was in the area! Had to go with the French dip since that’s their main item on the menu. Ordered a combo and got the onion rings that were perfectly fried. While ordering they ask if you’d like their horseradish on the side if you want an extra kick, and if you want ranch or bbq sauce (which are an additional fee and not made in house). The horseradish was a lovely pairing to the dip and the au jus was pleasant and not too salty. Not sure the bread I got was the same as I’ve seen in the other photos from other reviewers but would definitely come back to try their other items!
