I’ve tried the Philly cheese steak burrito and cheesy steak burrito and some of my son’s chicken quesadilla. It’s all super good and the ingredients taste quality and clean. Plus they fresh press the tortillas which I’ve never seen at any other restaurant.

The food here is so fresh and the staff is super friendly. I’ve had it twice now, both times close to closing, and the food was delicious and the staff super kind. I highly recommend getting a burrito with the spinach and garlic tortilla. They stuff your burritos FULL! With the same price as chipotle for better quality and larger quantity, you can’t go wrong.

DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE!! My expectations for this place were blown out of the water. My partner and I went here because we are no longer supporters of chipotle and this place seemed to have a similar style of ordering mexican food. When I tell you, this place is so much better than chipotle that you can’t really even compare the two, I mean it. To start off, the customer service is outstanding, and the woman that made our order was so kind, so was the woman who rang us up. The food is so high-quality for a really good price and they did such a great job at explaining what each sauce contained, and how a lot of their sauces and ingredients are made in house. They also make their tortillas in-house, and you can really taste the difference from someplace like chipotle. Thank you Ilya and Katie for an amazing experience and to all the cooks for the amazing food!

Nice spin off to the chipotle details but for me it wasn’t that much different. The taste is about the same. Had chips and guacamole and tried the a burrito. It’s cool they make tortillas as you or and the burrito can definitely be shared.
As far as taste – the guacamole didn’t have as much flavor and the salsas were ok. The pastor had good taste but wished they diced up the meats a bit more smaller.
The space is about the same chipotle- clean and plenty of room. Friendly staff.

Really enjoyed the Philly burrito (added some beans). Friendly and quick counter service. For a new place they seem to have their act together.
Love to see them add DR Pepper as a soda option.

I’ve tried Tortilla Shack a couple times now, and it’s been stellar every time. SUPER fresh ingredients that all taste phenomenal. They cook your tortillas fresh in front of you which is so cool to watch. Those who come here will immediately find themselves comparing it to Chipotle as far as the ordering process and food options available, but Tortilla Shack takes it to a whole new level. I love both the chicken and the baja fish, the sauce choices are extensive and delicious, and I love that they have cabbage as a choice in addition to the lettuce. I think what they charge matches the amount and quality of food you get, definitely worth it. If you want to see the Chipotle model done right, get yourself some Tortilla Shack.

Really excited about this place! Its’s an awesome option in a central location. Freshly made tortillas are delicious and I loved all the options. Definitely similar to Chipotle in a lot of ways like how it’s not an authentic taqueria — but in my mind this in a different category. I wish the meat was a little more flavorful but all very clean and quality ingredients!

This place was an absolute delight! I haven’t had chipotle-style food in ages because of the quality issues. So, I decided to give Tortilla Shack a try, and boy, was I impressed.
I ordered a burrito to eat in and a salad for Togo. The tortilla press was super cool, so if you get a chance while ordering, take a look at that process. The menu has something for everyone, so you’re sure to find something you love. I wish they had grilled fish options, though.
The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about everything they served. The onion habanero salsa was my absolute favorite. Usually habanero is too spicy for me, but this salsa was just right. The staff was able to explain each salsa behind the counter, which was great because I didn’t end up with too much heat.
Tortilla Shack is in a great location, and I’m definitely going to grab lunch there again soon.

Had three different tortillas; corn, red and garlic. Delightfully different. Salsas were yummy and fresh. Flavors of meat really hit the spot. New favorite!
