The staff is always friendly and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. Food here has easily made it on to my comfort list, not to mention value for the amount you receive for the price. Monday night fajitas for two has become a regular visit and the old number 8 can’t be ignored either. Wether dining alone, as a group, or family I can’t recommend them enough!

Tortilla Marissa’s is a must-visit for delicious Mexican food! The chile rellenos and fajitas hit the spot—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and satisfying. ️ The chips and salsa were on point, fresh and addictive. ✨ Oh the prickly pear Margarita was so good, I had to have another…. And the fried ice cream? Ah perfection!
The service was friendly and attentive, and the cute decor made the whole experience even better. A great spot for a tasty meal with a fun atmosphere—highly recommend!

The best part of this place was the service. The waiter was magical. The Fajitas were not bad. The meat was well seasoned and tender. My only gripe was the guacamole was kind of black and the lettuce was not totally fresh. The 9 year old loved her food. She got a bean burrito and the flan. The artichoke dip was perfect as well.

My daughter and I stopped in for the first time. Had an amazing lunch! Service was excellent and our orders were brought to us in a timely manner. Definitely recommend the chicken chimichanga!

Went to have dinner there last night and had a subpar experience. The eclectic environment was amazing, and our waitress (Emily?) was equally as amazing. Attentive, and consistent with checking in.
The food…listen. The food.
I order “Tortilla Flats” which was like open-faced enchiladas or something like that. The food came out PIPING hot which was wonderful but the “cheese” was so burnt on the top, that I had to peel it off to get to the food underneath. Additionally, the ratio of sauce to meat/beans was way off. For every tiny piece of overcooked and dried out chicken, I had two tablespoons of sauce. It was supposed to have red and green but all I could taste was the red because it was SPICY.
The other meal we got were Chili Rellenos which were supposed to be the specialty. Sadly, they lacked flavor entirely and again, the chicken was dry and flavorless. Is that Uncle Ben’s Microwavable Rice and canned refried beans that have been heated and reheated and then heated again? That’s what they tasted like.
We always want to support local over chain restaurants, but aside from the salsa and the chips, the meal was subpar at best.

Ate at Tortilla Marissa’s when traveling through last fall and thought their food and service was pretty good. Tried them again recently while in town and it was a total opposite experience. After seated it seemed we were in the forgotten section. Took some time for our order to be taken, a person who was dressed in super casual clothing that didn’t seem to fit the task brought out our food, follow up from the server to ask if all was good came towards the end of the meal, and then waited quite some time after finishing our meal to receive the check and pay while others in the section near us received what appeared to be fair service. The Chili Rellenos were way over fried and tasted of very burnt batter. I’m hoping Tortilla Marissa’s just had an off night but we probably won’t be returning on our next visit to Ft Collins.

The green chilies beer was good – my husband liked it. I ordered the chicken fajitas and they tasted like the grill was dirty. My husband had a beef burrito. My daughter-in-law had the tostada. None of the dishes were spectacular but not horrible either. The sopapillas were the best part of the whole meal. I don’t think we’d visit again. The staff was friendly.

We enjoyed an early dinner (5pm) here. Other than the salsa being a bit hot for my wife’s taste, the food was tasty and fresh. Staff (Kyle was our server) is friendly and the wait for our food was reasonable. I enjoyed steak and chicken fajitas, which were portioned a bit small, but very flavorful. We’ll come back to this place.

The employees were polite and the restaurant was pretty clean.
We got our queso appetizer and it looked like they warmed it up in the microwave due to the crusty edges. If you like spicy then you will like this dip if it comes out fresh.
Then our food took quite awhile to come out and as you can see in the pics. My plate was the watery mess that had a piece of meat somewhere in that liquid pool.
My husband said his tacos tasted funny and the beans look like they were microwaved also.
The staff kindly took off the taco plate but we probably will not return.
If you like a lot of spice in everything you will enjoy this restaurant.
