My first visit at this gem was for supper with people from a symposium my husband attended. It was a wonderful experience. The employees were great, the food was amazing. I ordered the creamed artichoke and spinach chicken, one of the most delicious things I’ve ever had. The soup and salad bar is wonderful as well. We ended going for a late lunch the next day. Again just a wonderful experience from start to finish. We will definitely be returning here.

Nice restaurant downtown. The fries were warm and soft. They’re not steak fries so they should be hot and crispy. I ordered the western burger medium well but it was well done. Service was good.

Not sure what happened on this particular day, but I have eaten here before with much better results. Most recently, when we arrived at the restaurant, we had the lunch buffet. Quality of the food was just not there. It seemed as though it had been sitting out for too long and overcooked. The salad bar had less than quality produce and the pasta salad was warm. Service was almost nonexistent, except for the bartender who was on his phone. I was surprised by our experience this particular time as stated we have had quality service and food there in the past. Just hoping this isn’t a trend moving forward.

I’m from Grand Island, all the steak places here are always full to capacity Fridays & Saturdays, because of that, I’ve stopped going out. The other day, I felt like having steak, so I started searching & found this place called Alley Rose. As I looked at pictures & reviews, it called my attention & decided to go try it. I ordered a 16-18 oz. Prime rib & it came with vegetables & 2 small potatoes. AMAZING flavor, PERFECTLY cooked & the service was EXCELLENT. Will definitely go back, will talk about it to friends & next time, I’m bringing my family.

If you are a first timer to Alley Rose you will not be disappointed at all. First thing the establishment caters to Gluten Free customers. We had to wait an extra 10-20 minutes on our meals. However, it was worth the effort and time. The meals was so delicious and prepared perfectly for our taste. Their stakes was juicy and tender no stake sauce needed. Please save room for dessert you cannot go wrong with a good Cheese cake.

Loved this restaurant! Ate here on our roadtrip to California, stopped again on way back. The salad bar is Awesome and all of our food was very good, especially the crab cakes, prime rib and salmon, (melt in your mouth)

Always a great stop for lunch or dinner. The lunch buffet is always good with the salad bar. Actually, the salad bar is always great. We always enjoy sitting on the bar side. The other side seems more formal and occasionally has a piano playing.
