Idk how this place has gotten any bad reviews to be honest. The longest I’ve waited was maybe 25 minutes, but what do you expect from a one man band? Most days I only wait 10 minutes for my food.
I’ve been to most taco joints in Utah county and multiple in SLC, and these are my favorite tacos I’ve had in Utah. I eat here probably 3 times a week and they always are just as great as the last time, they are always consistent. The chorizo is unreal, and the asada and chicken are amazing.
They are such nice people as well! By far my favorite tacos I’ve joint.

All the classics from Guadalajara plus a new favorite of mine, the quesabirria (don’t forget the consume broth) paired with a lime jarritos. Clean, approachable, friendly, fast service. Spoke both Spanish and English. Definitely coming back.

They were really nice and their food is delicious. We ordered carnitas and birria tacos and they did not disappoint! Not too long of a wait and it’s a fun spot down at the tip of Vineyard! I hope they stay around for a while we will be going back!

The name of the food truck caught my attention and told me everything I needed to know. I ordered a torta ahogada. I didn’t expect to be asked on a scale from 1 to 10, how spicy I wanted the torta. I knew then that I’d be a happy camper and asked for a 10. This was the best torta ahogada I ever had. Hands down, no questions asked. The salsa the torta is bathed in has a homemade, roasted chilies pepper flavor to it. It came as piping hot & spicy as requested. Definitely met my expectations. I also like the idea of the flashing/vibrating buzzer they give you with a number. It makes the waiting period so much smoother for all parties involved. I feel like all food trucks should provide this. Their natural strawberry, lime beverage, is very refreshing.

I stopped by after work and school and this really boosted my spirit. Spanish & English stand with sweet staff. The meat is seasoned well and they have spectacular salsa roja. Absolutely hit the spot. I’ll be coming back!

Pretty good little taco truck. I got the carne asada (steak) tacos and they were on the smaller side but had really good flavor. I really wish the menu was in English though. They accept card payment and the truck is there pretty much every day. I’d go back in the future.

The taco truck experience was disappointing. The tacos were bland and lacked authentic flavors. The meat was dry, and the tortillas were stale. Service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested. Additionally, I experienced mistreatment and racist remarks for being white, which was both offensive and unacceptable people need to understand just because you are white does not mean that you are naïve and don’t understand or speak Spanish. I am very fluent in Spanish and understood every word and comment that was made towards me and my family Overall, it was an underwhelming and unpleasant experience I wouldn’t recommend. If you are looking for a real taco spot with great customer service and not being treated a certain way, go to the fabulous tacos, or tacos don Joaquin

If you like street tacos and haven’t tried this place you’re sleeping on some really good food! I tried the chorizo and the adobada for the first time and both were amazing. Definitely coming back real soon!
