Our experience of Ness Walk is that it is truly exceptional. The team are courteous and friendly.. They go the extra mile to ensure your stay is memorable. It is our ‘happy place’ for rest and relaxation which is why we will return.
Thank you, we appreciate your high level of service and will see you very soon- Roz and Ron

We had an amazing afternoon tea here on Sunday.
I have lots of allergies however I was catered for like a queen!! The food way so delicious. Not one item was left on the plates. Great selection.
Fab choices of different teas and coffees too and you could choose different ones for each top up.
The service was also fantastic. Very welcoming, friendly staff.
No rush to finish. Very comfortable.
Can honestly say it’s the best Afternoon tea I have experienced. And there’s been a few!
Will definitely be back and been telling all my friends they need to go too.

We had an absolutely brilliant visit this weekend for a meal and drinks at the bar afterwards! We received a warm welcome, and were served throughout our meal by attentive and engaging staff. The food and atmosphere were fantastic as always and we then had some great cocktails at the bar.

We had often talked about checking into the Nest Walk and as an opperchancity to come to Inverness opened up we did not hesitate in making a booking. We were not disappointed in any way. From the glass of champagne upon arrival, to the direction in the car park as to how to leave we were treated perfectly but all the staff. A special call out to Euan, in the bar, whose polite conversation and attention to detail was exemplary. And finally a special mention to the Hungarian concierge who presented the opportunity to have a glass of wine in the courtyard, in January, in Inverness, my hat goes off to his power of persuasion.

Absolute gorgeous hotel with a very friendly welcoming team. Dinner was tasty but very small. Breakfast was more generous and absolutely delicious.
Really appreciated there being so many non alcoholic cocktail options as I don’t drink at all. Unfortunately that did mean I couldn’t enjoy the lovely homemade fudge, as I found out when I took a bite and realised it was strong with Whisky.
The room and the whole of the hotel is well thought out, spotlessly clean with beautiful artwork throughout.
Would stay again and have recommended to others. 🙂

An excellent meal from start to finish. We were looked after so well for pre dinner wines in the bar area by Scott and his team. We were then looked after by Fran and her team and the meal was exceptional from start to finish. We opted for the 2 course supper club which was excellent value for money. The duck starter and main course were sublime and every one at the table left very satisfied and full of praise for the team. There was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and the staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome. Torrish is a real gem of a place.

Good evening, my wife and I enjoyed your tasting menu when we visited. From the very start we were greeted by very welcoming friendly staff, we were escorted to our table and settled in. The waiting staff were absolutely first class, very smartly dressed, polite, friendly and extremely professional. The quality of food really complemented the ambience and calm tranquil dining room. The dishes we were served were beautifully presented, “art on a plate” the standard of culinary skill was exceptional, the flavours outstanding. Ness Walk, a credit to Inverness and your staff a credit to you. Brilliant experience so much so can’t wait to fine another reason to treat ourselves again star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never having been here before, we had a pre-theatre meal at £35 for two courses – starter and main. We were very impressed by the inside of the restaurant and the staff were absolutely lovely!
We were given a little amuse-bouche which was delicious. The bread and butter, equally tasty. My starter was the duck, my partner’s, the Vichyssoise. He enjoyed his, mine was a little too salty.
Our mains were the most disappointing course of the menu.. My featherblade of beef was very dry and to be honest not very flavoursome. In fact, each part of the dish tasted rather bland and ‘samey’. Disappointing. My partner had the duck, which he said was okay, but like me, found the plate bland and was unable to distinguish between each element.
I ordered a dessert (all the desserts were £14 – rather pricey, but had to try as was still hungry after the main). I had the souffle, which was…AMAZING! Really enjoyed it, so the meal ended on a more positive note.
Not sure if we’ll return though.

All member of staff were very welcoming and friendly, we were a group of 3 friends having afternoon tea but all of us were disappointed in the food, when we arrived they initially took out a plate for two instead of three, which once we brought it to their attention they sorted quickly, however the turkey sandwiches were very stale and dry tasting, so we ended up leaving some of them. Over all service was great but we left feeling the afternoon tea was definitely not 5 star worthy.
