I’ve come here multiple times over the past few years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Today, I think I had my best experience here yet. I ordered from the drive thru, and the individual at the window, who I believe was Xavier, was extremely friendly and fun. We talked while my drink was being made, and their bright and fun personality made my day so much better. When my drink was accidentally made as hot and not iced, which I 100% would have been willing to drink, Xavier said it was no problem to make it correctly for me and that it wasn’t a problem at all. If Xavier sees this, I hope you continue to keep your bright and shining personality because it truly makes people’s days better, because I know it made mine better.

Very friendly and thorough staff. There is always a line wrapped around the store on top of it being busy inside as well! Yet, they maintain professional and work efficiently. Very unique staff that mostly knows me by name, and recognizes my order. They are the best part of my day, and this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Best Starbucks location in town. I always have a great experience here. Friendly fast staff and they are always consistent. I come here every week and they always do my drinks the same. Cleanliness is also pretty good here, the only bad thing is the really small parking lot that does not fulfill the needs of the location. If you are trying to come here with a large group, come early in the morning or you might want to find another location.

My opinion varies daily. Mostly happy except when my order is not filled correctly. Yesterday my Tall Flat White felt a little light when I first lifted it. Opened it and saw 2 inches of foam on top, less espresso. “Flat” means NO foam. Keeping trained employees seems to be an issue. Not sure why. Benefits of working at Starbucks are beyond awesome. I met someone who works at Starbucks corporate in Seattle who began working for Starbucks in high school, throughout college. She loves her job there. I wish more young people would appreciate this opportunity and had a desire to do not just a good job but a GREAT job.

This location seems to prioritize the drive through over walk in and mobile orders. My order took over 20 minutes on a reasonably slow day, while cars were moving through in less than 5.
Avoid unless you want drive through or have a ton of time to waste.

This rating is based on 2 visits. On the first (7/11/20) visit my concern was sanitation related to covid. The older man working the drive through wore no mask and handled the drinks by the lid. It seemed very inconsistent with Starbucks policies. The next day we went back earlier in the day. All of the staff were wearing masks and handling cups appropriately as far as I could tell. My only concern was the coffee. I ordered Pike Place with extra cream. It was the darkest coffee I have ever had and there was far too little cream. Unfortunately, I had driven away before noticing. Next time I will know to check.

I frequently utilize the drive through at this Starbucks. It’s often very busy and the employees do a fantastic job. There have been a few instances where my drink order hasn’t been perfect but they are always friendly and make a new drink. I’m writing this review because of the outstanding customer service I received today! The vehicle in front of me ordered at least 5 venti frappuccinos. To my surprise Starbucks gave me my drink for free because the wait from the time I ordered my drink to the time I received my drink was over 10 minutes. The employee working told me this is their policy and would be providing the drinks for the individuals behind me at no cost as well. By no means was the longer wait Starbucks fault but it was an incredible gesture!

This location has been consistent in the five years I’ve lived here in providing average to above-average level Starbucks coffee drinks. A few times they’ve really exceeded my expectations, and they’ve certainly always at least met my expectations.
The line moves quick, and I’ve never seen the Baristas flustered, as one does sometimes at smaller locations.
The bathrooms, counter, display case, and condiment table are always what I would consider a perfectly acceptably clean.
It’s well laid out and I’ve always been able to find a chair that suited me. One of the big things about layout for me is whether or not my walker can get around in a store, and so far I haven’t had a problem
This is the default place that my husband goes when he’s waiting for something, and he’s very picky about his Starbucks so that’s a large compliment.
