I love Chinese food and Chinese buffets but this place isn’t it. Most of the food just tastes cheap. You can tell they use cheap rice and noodles. The fish all tastes questionable. All the chickens taste kinda the same. The sauces they put on the chicken at every thick and clumpy. Most of the food I kept having to spit out into napkins. I broke my egg roll in half and it just looked nasty. The desserts were all pretty bad too. Even the ice cream from the ice cream machine tasted cheap.
I’m glad I came during lunch when it was a little cheaper, but be aware that if you’re there for lunch and it turns 3, they’ll make you pay the difference since you’re technically now there during dinner hours.

**If you’re coming for crab legs, they don’t serve them anytime before 3(per worker)**
For two people it was $31 @1PM
It was not that bad, a small selection but overall most of the food was tasty.
There seemed to be a lot of chicken options which the proteins were good. The lo mein noodles however, were not good, tasted oily and not a lot of flavor. The rice was pretty good, the crab Rangoons was decent but the pizza and Mac and cheese should be avoided… the onion rings were not good either. There isn’t a lot of options for kids if you’re planning on bringing them along. The fruit looked dry so we didn’t grab any. The fried fish was good only bc it was meaty… there was ZERO flavor at all to the fried fish… how… why. I was so disappointed, but I added sauce to it and it was bearable.
And yes, they do have an ice cream machine.

I went to this place a week ago mainly because of the ehh reviews, surprisingly the lady at the front was actually very friendly, the food was warm and had good taste. I couldn’t find the fortune cookies, but everything else was good. The place was pretty nice, it wasn’t full so I enjoyed it. Total came out to $16.75 I went in a weekday.

My son requested for crab legs for his birthday and because a friend shared a social media video, we wanted to try this place out. Workers were pleasant. Restrooms were clean. Prices are a bit high, considering the limited seafood available. Crab legs were also not out as often. It was a pretty slow evening (7pm) and every time the legs came out, one or two people grabbed them all and it was just kind of a waiting game so we were only able to grab a total of 4 clusters for my son to enjoy. The fresh condiments like the ginger slices by the sushi area were swarmed with fruit flies which deterred me away from that area. The eating utensils looked cloudy and felt sticky to the touch. Hoping it was just not a great evening for us here. Again, workers were nice and came by often to clean plates. Most likely won’t return.

I traveled two hours for the all you can eat crab legs and they were delicious if you like the small ones that you can barely get a decent amount of crab meat from. Everything else, and I mean everything else was not good at all. Even the pop from the machine was off as you can tell the soda machine wasn’t taken a part to get cleaned where the faucets dispense the pop. A total waste of money and time, never again!

Since I found out about this buffet, I’ve been coming roughly 4 times a month. The service is amazing, and let me tell you the staff’s maintenance the entire restaurant spotless. I enjoy coming for dinner, because I love their all you can eat crab legs. And for two people is shy of $40.

“Toro Asian Buffet is worth the drive! The restaurant is exceptionally clean and neat, and the variety of foods is truly amazing. My family actually has an Asian buffet option much closer to home, but we consistently drivemore than seven miles out of our way for Toro. Why? Because quality is always the leader here. Highly recommend!”

Last time i come to this place. In my opinion McDonald’s have better customer service than this place. The host is very RUDE. I pay for a group of 5 i then went outside to talk on the phone. Came back in and told the host i had already pay for the group of 5 and she give me this really bad attitude then told me to go head. I then told her that she didn’t need to get mad or give me that attitude about it. I am not going to say don’t come to this place but i know for sure I won’t come here never again. Is a shame that somehow we try to help local businesses and this is the way we get treated.

I hope Toro adopts the AYCE buffet practice of having a server on certain items, like crab legs, so other paying guests can enjoy our meal, too. Until then, I won’t go back. It’s too stressful and rude for conscientious customers when there is one family taking every single crab leg before anyone else can even get one.

I really didn’t like it. Some of the food is good, but many dishes are horrible and spoil the other options. I usually prefer a buffet because I can choose the healthiest meal, but I don’t know — maybe the oil or the food is too old. The taste isn’t enjoyable, like with mushrooms. The service is poor, so it’s too expensive for me.
