I don’t understand why they let people cut in line. My mother and I were already ready to pay and the nice cashier was ringing us up, when Melissa decided to move us out of the way so the other lady can pay but she was behind us. The cashier Maiko was really nice. Just Melissa was rude to move us over when we were first.

The other reviews said that this Panda Express skimps on the food and is overpriced, but that was not my experience at all.
First, the employees were all friendly and helpful. Even though it was a busy Saturday night, they got the order right and served us with smiles.
I got a plate (two entrees/one side), and the server piled on the mushroom chicken and gave me two full teriyaki chicken filets. My other guest ordered the Cub Meal, and they filled up the box all the way. Everything was steaming hot and fresh. The orange chicken was especially tender with a nice crispy exterior.
They also had a new dessert, an apple pie roll, that was like an egg roll but had pie filling instead of veggies or meat. Everything was better than expected. Also, dinner for two only cost $22, which is comparable or cheaper than burgers.
This mall does not have a large selection of restaurants, and we have had bad experiences at some of the other restaurants, so I enthusiastically recommend this Panda Express.

This review goes to employee Vincent working at the Tyler mall Panda Express. Came in today to pick up 3 plates since the dodgers won last night ! Going forward Vincent was handling the order taking and serving and taking orders which is hard working of him and through this time I observed he was patient and treated every customer in a fair timely manner. but in reality panda needs to better their service by prioritizing mobile orders first! Also putting 1 cashier and 1-2 servers and have more cook staff to provide better service so food won’t be cold when served or get the food out quicker ! Todays ranking 8/10 shout out again to Vincent thank you for serving us today !

I have to get this off my chest, but this is by far the best Panda Express in town. Everytime I go the food is fresh, the service is fast, and the food is BOMB. I swear there’s this same lady who’s been working there for years and let me just say, she knows how to run a kitchen. I think the fact that this Panda Express has outlived most of, if not ALL of the other dining options in the food court should speak for itself. Food is amazing! I have no idea what other people are talking about. Go right when they open if you want hot, freshly made food. I always go here if I need to grab lunch while I’m at work. Service is fast, it’s just that sometimes the people standing in line take way too long to pick their menu and way too long to pay for their food.

I originally wrote a bad review because they keep forgetting the sauce for the wontons but it turns out they are putting it in but it’s just in packets now. My bad! Although there’s a bit less chow mien and rice in their bowls than the other Panda Express, the food was fresh and tasty as always.
