Lovely new addition to design district. Taking over the elastika restaurant that didn’t do well in the Moore Building, this place rocks. Their first miami location in downtown didn’t succeed because of the neighborhood (it’s downtown and this is high end). But here in design district it’s found its home. Feels like a Michelin restaurant, small plates, attentive service, creative dishes. Our server he was excellent. The vibe is wonderful. It’s one of Miami’s rare high end Italian restaurants. I’ll be back!

The decor and ambience is delightful. We had the Dolce Vita tasing menu. Hats off to Chef Bernardo Paladini the food was exquisite, plated and coursed perfectly. Our waitress Claudia went out of her way to ensure the best experience, she was absolutely lovely. Even down to the bartender and support staff, all with a smile and so attentive. Don’t miss this gem in the design district!

Came for Massimo Bottura’s pastas at Torno Subito and they delivered. The tortellini was comforting and well balanced, and the tagliatelle was perfectly al dente with great depth of flavor. José was attentive, warm and made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. Thoughtful food, great service and definitely worth coming back for.

My favorite restaurant! I’ve been several times, both to the previous downtown location and to the new location at the Moore and I must say, this new location is perfect for Torno Subito. It’s whimsical, creative and inspiring.
The food is amazing (as always) and the service is top tier. Staff is knowledgeable, kind, and makes your experience memorable every time. Drinks are also so great!
I always recommend this place to my friends and family and everyone I’ve taken / recommended Torno Subito to loves it!
Kudos to the whole team, incredible work!

I finally tried the tasting menu at Torno Subito (the latest restaurant from Chef Massimo Bottura), and I wish this were a glowing review.
We went on Christmas Eve after months of anticipation. New location. Beautiful setting inside the Moore Building beneath the Elastika sculpture. Big expectations. What we got instead was a meal that never quite found its footing.
The food wasn’t bad. But for a tasting menu with this pedigree, it lacked clarity, storytelling, and energy. Several dishes felt interchangeable with standard Italian restaurant fare, and without context or explanation from the staff, the artistry never translated to the table. When you leave unsure what was even in a course, something’s missing.
The service felt disengaged, the lighting felt accidental rather than intentional, and one course was briefly delivered incorrectly to a guest with a seafood allergy. It was corrected quickly, but it shouldn’t have happened at this level.
Wine pairings were fine, but forgettable. None stood out. None lingered.
This wasn’t the worst tasting menu I’ve had. But it also wasn’t memorable. And at this price point, memorable is the baseline.
I’m rooting for this restaurant. I loved their old location in downtown Miami. The concept is there. The space is stunning. But execution matters. Right now, this felt like potential still waiting to be realized. I’m happy to go back after they’ve corrected the current issues.
Final grade: C.

Well, unfortunately we are disappointed. After an outstanding experience in Modena and a great evening at the former location in Miami tonight’s Torno Subito dinner was not what fans of Massimo Bottura expect. We made the reservation one month ahead, were precisely at the new location and had to wait 35 minutes at the bar while several tables were not occupied. Finally at the table the service was slow and not motivated. Being demotivated ourselves we ordered just some water, salads and pasta. One finds better salads folks! Practically no dressing, but mainly water, no salt nor pepper on the table or additional olive oil. The pasta were very good that helps to digest the disappointment. And finally the bar drinks were on the house and we didn’t have to pay for the salads. Ciao Torno Subito a Miami, we are better off at Casa Maria Luigia.

This restaurant is amazing. I went on Sunday for Bruch. My table was outside. Excellent view, excellent music, stuff very friendly, nice and helpful. What about food? What I can say, absolutely delicious. Appetizer they have different choices. Floridian hot dog, papa al pomodoro and cinnamon toasted were my favorites. Main plate was pasta cacio e peppe, this was incredible out of world, this little citrus and soft flavor is incredible. Kids menu are very nice. Pasta, pizza or chicken milanesa. My kid loves chicken milanesa. The last but not the least, dessert! You need to try The Tiramisu, and orange chocolate ice cream. Perfect and on point!! If you love Italian food, don’t hesitate to come here. You won’t regret!!!

Torno Subito is as much a visual experience as it is a culinary one. Every detail—from the vibrant design to the beautifully presented dishes—feels intentional, playful, and elevated. The cocktails are imaginative and perfectly balanced, the food is both refined and joyful, and together they create a dining moment that lingers well beyond the last bite.
But above all, the service is what truly sets this place apart. Warm, attentive, and effortlessly polished, the team makes you feel genuinely cared for from start to finish.
Truly a 10/10 experience in every sense.
