Spent $50 of steak fajitas tacos for my New Year’s Eve meal. Was cold, chewy and rare meat. Normally their fajita tacos are bomb. Even the queso was super cold, watery/runny. Foods not being cooked to temp or kept at temp. Spoke with staff and they took care of it. Bumping review up

Tacos were pretty good except for the fried Chicken Taco not to be repeated. Churros were quite nice. Five in an order. Copious. The salad is very tasty but was smaller than I’ve ever had it before. It’s very disappointing to have to order by kiosk. We weren’t greeted with a hello. A smile! Welcome in. We ordered and then had to ask someone for a cup for our fountain drink. Our food was dropped off. No one asked how was things. It didn’t really feel like it mattered we were there. Very impersonal experience. I think it really detracts from the atmosphere.

This review is for 11/28/25. I went with a friend for lunch and had a noticeably better experience than usual. We ordered margaritas and a few tacos each. The food was good overall (the grilled shrimp is still my favorite), though consistency can vary from visit to visit.
What really made the difference this time was the service. Torchy’s doesn’t have traditional table service, but Tate, who took our order, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely on top of things. Our drinks came out promptly, she checked in on us, and the whole experience felt smoother and more welcoming than past visits.
I don’t normally leave 5-star reviews for this location, but this visit stood out specifically because of the service. When it’s done right, it makes a noticeable difference.
