What a wonderful and enjoyable experience. I love it when I come here and the service is always outstanding to be excellent.

I would love to Shout out to my new friend Miss Kati as well as my old friend, Mr. JOEY these guys have been a terrific help and awesome spirits, that I can talk with and they always provide excellent service every single time. They deserve a pay raise!!! I wish I could take them out to bowl, just because of how they have given me friendship connection and an awesome relationship I thank them very much.

PS. Our new friend Miss Siyra, has been a true delight and shown very promising in the future of Torchy Tacos. Can not wait to continuously to see her smiling and energetic faces. Miss Siyra has shown very promising social skills, service skills, and work ethic skills at its excellence.

Keep going Torchy Tacos you guys rock!!!!

Outstanding service from the moment we walked in. As soon as I came in with kids, they immediately asked if we needed a high chair…so thoughtful and appreciated. When we asked for chips, they didn’t just bring a basket… they came back with full plates of chips (more than one!), which honestly set the tone for the whole experience. The staff was incredibly kind, the food came out fast and was absolutely delicious, and the margaritas? Hands down the best I’ve had. Warm, attentive service plus amazing food and drinks… can’t ask for more. We’ll definitely be back! ✨
Only have a photo of the aftermath because the kids ate all of their food!

Love stopping the Torchys in Conroe. Fantastic food, great atmosphere and everything is tidy and clean. There was a lovely woman (Katy) who brought me my meal and stopped by to ask if I need anything, (twice)! She made my day (and it’s my bday)! Will be back!

Siyra, the lovely girl who took my order today, was fantastic! Friendly and knowledgeable and on top of her customer service game!

A-team back in the kitchen, too! My taco was excellent! (Fried avocado on flour: trashy, add bacon, no pico… thank me later!!)

I didn’t like service one in the woodlands so I came here to try again. I ordered shrimp taco and frozen margaritas to go. I got home it wasn’t shrimp it was meat taco. I hope people more carefully when serving customers. Atmosphere was lot nicer and cleaner than one on research forest.

I’m never coming back here and let me tell you why. As I walk in I realize they replaced 2/3 cashiers with giant tablets. As I finish entering my order the tablet flashes a message “there’s a issue sending your order to the kitchen contact a staff member for help”. At this point I’ve already spent 10 minutes waiting in line and ordering, so 10 minutes wasted. I have to wait another 5 minutes to talk to the cashier about what to do. The cashier is a young girl, high school age. She doesn’t know what I’m talking about and then I tell her this message is still on the screen if you want to read it. She goes and reads it and then she goes to grab a manager because she doesn’t know what to do. Now if you’re keeping a tally, that’s three registers nicked down to one operating register. She grabs the manager and the manager just repeats what is on the screen and what is written on my receipt. I finally get my order entered, it’s been over 20 minutes at this point. All the while this was happening the manager (white lady, short cut hair) has zero awareness. She walked from the kitchen to the seating area at least four times and not once noticed that no one was using the second ordering screen. And it was frozen like this for at least 8 minutes. On top of that she did not offer to discount or comp my meal after I waited over 20 minutes to finally input the order. This is what food service has become nowadays, you replace things with ordering screens and they freeze up and the management is so dreadfully unaware, that it’s a massive inconvenience for the customer and it wasted over 20 minutes of my life. And the manager knew that poor little cashier was inexperienced and she didn’t check up on her once! She didn’t even seem to care that the line backed up, I doubt she even noticed. At least look around at your surroundings every now and then, at least check in with your cashier, that is the literal job of a food service manager. I’m a lover of Torchy’s and I’m never returning. From the time I walked in, to the time I received my food, it took just over 40 minutes, over half of that time was spent at the ordering counter. You get faster service at a Chili’s. When I finished placing my order at the giant tablet, my friend went to go order a frozen margarita at the bar. By the time I sat with her she was nearly done with the margarita. So she was able to order a drink, receive said drink and then nearly finish it by the time I sat down with her. That manager shouldn’t be a manager, I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone less aware of their environment than her. Don’t come here, go somewhere else unless you want to order food in a completely time-inefficient environment.

Monica was SO AWESOME. She knew all the deets on the deliciousness. The sucker punch drinks we ordered were made perfectly. The food was hot and fresh. We loved the Ronin and tipsy chick. We cant wait to come back.

Breakfast taco tasted off…Not its usual bomb goodness. ☹️ Also wasn’t ready at scheduled pick-up time. ⏰ I planned on “grabbing & going” before work but wasn’t able to. At 8:45 I viewed one other patron dining-in. There was no one at the front or visible in the restaurant for a few minutes. I was assisted shortly after.
