I am very upset at this establishment, I try my best to support. My family like their wings, but the service has been inconsistent lately. I placed my order ,received a text order is ready. Young girl stated restaurant is closed. Me and my daughter, explained our orders were placed and paid online. Young Girl asked us to cancel order and we can get our refund. As you know it is not that easy. Money held up, no food and searching for alternatives at 9:30pm.

Some of the best wings you’ll ever have but they are annoyingly inconsistent with their service times. Website says they’re open but they’re not, can place an order online even when they’re closed. Placed an order once and the cashier said they had just stopped taking orders and Doordash shouldn’t have let it go through it, even though we placed the order half an hour ago. Will return because of food, don’t know when because apparently they don’t either

Poor customer service. Male worker was rude. He threw my food when I asked to speak to a manager. He refused to give me his name or the managers name. He became irate and began cursing at me when I insisted on getting the manager’s name. I will never return. It was the worst restaurant experience ever.

Food took forever. They were out of several items but the wing was FYE!!!! The door was cracked open on such a hot day also allowing flies to get in. There were several. There was only two men in there working and the food does taste good but if you want your company to last, you need to get a bigger crew in there and get management in there higher shift leaders treat your employees right because they are there working to make your company grow. I get it. I was the manager of a restaurant for three years. I know how hard it can be, but it can be done and it can be done easy. You need to have four people in there at all time with a shift leader that’s the only way your business is going to survive and you need to order adequately so you don’t run out of items.

Went with my sisters today. We had high hopes for this restaurant based on its current reputation, but unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. While the food was decent and flavorful, the customer service was truly disappointing. Specifically the young girl at register. Did not get her name, but had red braids with beads at end and large swoops on forehead.
Simple requests were met with attitude or ignored altogether, and we felt more like an inconvenience than valued customers. Not to mention waiting over half hour for food. We sat inside and waited and no one ever told us our order was ready. Even did attempt to go to counter and was told that food would be up soon. Come to find out food was just sitting on shelf getting cold.
After complaints, The owner did speak with us and seemed friendly, gave my sisters a refund and still their food. A bit more attention to the guest experience could make this place so much better, perhaps in the people you hire.
If you’re just here for the food and have a lot of patience, you might enjoy it. But if good customer service is important to you, this might not be the place.

pretty solid wing spot! I ordered the lemon pepper hot and jerk wings. wings were fresh, cooked well, and the flavor was on point. only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because the fries were mostly overcooked. the fries that there were not overcooked were really good though.
regarding the price, you should call in or order in person. the online fees through the third parties inflates the price. for example, i paid $18 for an 8 piece combo online and i noticed that the same combo was only about $14 if you order directly through the restaurant. 6 piece combo was only around $12 compared to $16
the customer service was excellent. guy at the register was very friendly and professional
