i love dunkin but the girl with black hair that works there is extremely rude. I was on break for work so I went to Dunkin to get a drink and I walk inside and go to the mobile order pick up spot and the worker is trying to figure out what order is some other guys and then she proceeds to tell the guy “ I don’t even know why she’s standing there” And pointed at me and just kept copping and attitude with me for no reason. She’s definitely my least favorite person there when i go and you can tell she hates her job. Also wasn’t the first time ive gotten a bad experience from her. She doesn’t bring a good attitude with her that’s for sure

It’s a great Dunkin store. The coffee and food items are always fresh. The customer service is honestly amazing. I rarely have issues with an order but when I do, they are so quick to fix the situation. Grateful for you guys!

Looking through the reviews I saw someone talking about the girl with black hair that works here. I had such an awful experience with her. I was ordering my drink and donut and she proceeded to throw my bag of donuts at me and then slammed my drink on the counter leading it to spill and her having the make a brand new one. She clearly does not enjoy working here but she shouldn’t be treating customers this way. That just leads to us going other places and avoiding to see her.

The bathrooms were very clean, but with it being the first day open that makes sense. It took a little while to get my drinks, but with how busy it was it was I was surprised I got them that fast. I got the wrong drink and the manager was super helpful and got the right drink made for me! They have a lot of Dunkin’ merchandise that I’ll definitely have to get. There was lots of tables to sit at and spots to stand while waiting for your food and drinks. The parking was a little small but I’m sure with normal busses it will be fine. The drive through looked easy to navigate, I’ll be using that method my next Dunkin’ visit. I’ll definitely go back

Honestly I tried. I really love Dunkin’ donuts but I will never go to this location. I’ve had issues with their service in the past but this time I sat in the lobby for about 10 minutes before anybody asked me if I needed to be helped. Meanwhile four of the employees sat behind the counter and either paste the floor or pretended to do something. It doesn’t take three people to put receipt paper in that’s all I got to say. I made a mobile order too which made it even worse because the whole point of making it was so I didn’t have to wait.

Going through the drive-through is an absolute nightmare. The service is slow. The orders are often wrong and because of the long wait it is never worth going back around to try to get it corrected. I genuinely feel like the convenience is offset by the disappointing outcomes every single time

Don’t come here expecting to get what you want. You get your drink they way “the owners” want you to have it. Pay for a size and get smaller. Tell them they made a mistake and it’s your fault that you ordered less ice. I wanted more milk to get the flavor where I like it, but the owners, according to the rude lady at the drive thru, won’t give you a full drink if you order less ice. “Go somewhere else” she says. So I have a drink that’s terrible because I couldn’t get the extra milk. This on top of microwaved food and day old donuts, THIS DUNKIN SUCKS!!! Want it your way? Go somewhere else!

This is my favorite Dunkin location because the employees are always friendly and the food is always spot on! I’ve never had a problem at this location and I have found that other ones (Ellisville) tend to have stale donuts but they are fresh here! This is what this town needed!
