Me and my boyfriend get bourbon chicken from here all the time, food is awesome! always fresh with a great portion. Service is good never had an issue placing an order on the phone. However they won’t make your food until you arrive even if placed ahead but it ultimately saves them from wasting money while ensuring fresh hot food. I 10/10 recommend!

It’s one thing to mess up an order from a phone ball but when you come in person…. Seriously? I tell them no baby corn and when I arrive home there’s like 5 in there. I call them and he’s like it’s okay, only like 4 or 5 in there. WTH? JUST HORRIBLE

Good place for a quick lunch been to this location about 10 times no issues so far the chicken beef and vegetables always cooked correct wouldnt recomend it for a sit down eat honestly unless your on lunch break from your job, but as far as take out thay move people fast , food is hot and good

The food is OK but the guy who takes the orders is a bald-faced liar. Every time you call in an order he says “10 minutes” but even if you show up 20 minutes later, they don’t start cooking your order (other than the rice obviously) until after you pay. If you ask how long then, he says “2 minutes” but it’s closer to another 10 before you get your food. I don’t have a problem, really, with any of that except the outright lies- because then you can’t plan your evening. Dude- just tell the truth. Or better yet- prepare the meal when I order it like all the other takeout places on planet Earth.

Terrible place. Workers don’t pay attention to what’s going on. Guy barely greeted me at the door, was talking on the phone and let someone walk out with my food. Didn’t even notice until 5 minutes later. Gave me the food that the lady brought back and was being so rude to us. Terrible service, WILL NOT BE BACK.

Fried rice looked just like white rice, no seasonings! Asked for spicy General Tso’s chicken and sesame chicken and neither one had any heat to it at all. Nice people, small dining area, very bland food.

How am I charged $27 dollars for 1 SMALL house rice AND 4 HONEY CHICKEN WINGS?! HOW?! So, you all over there CHARGING whatever y’all WANT on people CREDIT CARDS?! First of all, THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER! I ORIGINALLY WAS CHARGED FOR HONEY BREADED CHICKEN WITH A SMALL HOUSE RICE AND WHITE RICE! I TOLD THEM IT WAS INCORRECT WHICH THEY CORRECTED IT! BUT, THEY DIDN’T ADJUST THE PRICE. I originally paid $22.87 + 3.00 tip totaling $25.87. After processing, it totaled $27.87 Let make myself VERY clear. I will be disputing this with my bank! I will NEVER eat at this god forsaken place ever again! NOT ONLY WILL I BE DISPUT THE TIP THAT YOU DID NOT DESERVE, I WILL BE DISPUTING THE EXTRA $2.00 that y’all charged me! Regardless of the amount, this is called fraud. You can’t charge whatever you want on people cards! Especially for subpar food!

I don’t know about some of their other offerings, but the pork fried rice and egg rolls are good. The Orange Chicken was not fresh and quite over cooked.
Most things were OK, just not a step above the rest.
Came back for another try (my wife likes their Chicken Teriyaki) Mushroom Egg Foo Young was good, but gravy was not. And the Chicken Teriyaki was over cooked, quite chewy! Hit or miss!?! Like a box of chocolates….

I gave this restaurant many years of chances before leaving a bad review, because the food is honestly pretty good. But the customer service is atrocious. They refuse to start an order until you arrive. It doesn’t matter if you place the order half an hour ahead of time. The reasoning is they don’t want to have people not pick up orders, but there is never a time you can plan to have this food ready to be picked up. You will have to sit inside and wait after you pay. They also make no attempt to understand when you call and place and order. They are short, rude, and the customer service isn’t worth decent Chinese food. Id rather drive all the way to panda Express.
