the pizza here has always been amazing. i don’t live in rochester anymore, so whenever i visit i have to get toppers. today i got mac & cheese with mushrooms and tater tots. note that each of these toppings costed an extra $1. this is what i received. what the hell? is that really $1 worth of each topping? good thing i roasted a roma tomato and made some awesome sauce to put on it. 3 stars because how good the pizza is (was? haven’t tried it in a year).

I made an order on Sunday that included the walking taco pizza. When it arrived the only topping on the pizza was ground meat. I used the contact form on the Toppers website to report this, but no one has bothered to reply back to me about this mistake.

New in town, decided to try Toppers for the first time. Probably would have been good too, but when I went to pick up my on-line order I was told they didn’t have it. Went home, called the store for a refund and went to Pizza hut and actually got served what I ordered. Would give 0 stars if possible. Would add a photo but it would be of an empty table.

I will give toppers a 5 star after our experience. My family, and I drove in from Nebraska, after a really long drive we stopped in at the Marian Road location. We were greeted by a huge smile from a young man I believe the name of Jules. He was the definition of GREAT customer service, super professional, and a positive attitude. He was extremely polite, smiled the entire time we were there. He seemed like he was great friends with the entire staff. I myself am in a management role, and when I found out he was the manager I was not surprised. Absolutely will be back to this location because of him. He is a great asset to your company.
