We ordered the Loaded TOT-ZZA online and schedule for pick up at 6:15 at the Grand ave. Location somehow they sent us an alert saying our pizza will be ready at 5:45 so we didn’t mind going earlier just to get there to find out they just started making our pizza!! On top of that the pizza was not loaded with tots or anything, also poured cheese sauce in one big circle chunk in the middle of the pizza!! The pizza was flat with one tot on each slice! Saddest pizza ever! We love love love the loaded tot-zza, but tonight we were very disappointed in the quality of the pizza! This ruined my night because we don’t get Toppers all the time, and I was really really looking forward to enjoy some loaded tot-zza pizza tonight, but unfortunately was robbed of that experience!

Ordered online originally but our order was “cancelled?” because they didn’t have the ingredients. We had to go into the store to sort it out and then go through a whole process to get a refund on our original order. When we placed a new order in store, the guy was super friendly but he went straight from the cash register to making our food without washing his hands. I went to the restroom while we were waiting too and it was less than great. All that to get a pizza that I can’t describe any other way than tasting like water.

Ordered the vegan cheese bread from this location through DoorDash. Previously, DoorDash went through a different location and their cheesy bread at that location was amazing! This was barely edible. Most of it was this dry, rough, almost like burnt pizza crust but it tasted awful. A tiny portion actually had anything on it, and whatever they used under the cheese was too thick and tasted off. I tried to consume bits and pieces of this, but I’m nauseated after trying to eat this. Spent $30 to get this through DoorDash. Such a disappointment.
